"Couldn't lock the door to our room - deadbolt issue. Coffee maker didn't work. No one at the desk to report problems to. Terribly noisy while sleeping because people wheel luggage cart over cobbles around the pool. Many recent updates, they seem to be trying hard - but they lost me as a future customer."

We had to wait for the next shuttle which made things a bit tight at the airport. All in all, for the short stay we had the service was great. "
