Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
This was the worst stay I've ever had at a rental property. The apartment had been smoked in heavily in spite of being listed under accessibility as non smoking. Even though I have a severe respiratory problem, the managers and VRBO both refused to relocate me and my family -- two of whom have asthma. I repeatedly reached out, and the managers only responded by bringing a can of deoderizing spray while I was out for the day. They entered without my permission, did not notify that they had entered until I repeated my concerns days later, and they took a photo that included our personal belongings. The management company wrote to me that the beds were 180cm x 200cm. They were much smaller. I reached out to VRBO repeatedly about my concerns, and they told me that an agent was looking into it and that I couldn't speak with any more agents. They did nothing. I stayed here for two weeks, and both VRBO and the management company provided me with the worst, most unethical customer service I have ever had. Additionally, the shower was filthy with a clogged drain and broken shelf, the bathroom spelled of urine, there were no utensils for cooking and most of the sparse dish ware was broken and chipped.
