Fantastic experience with this property! It was my family and I’s first trip to Paris and we loved our entire stay here. The staff was so kind and efficient. When we needed assistance, we received it immediately. When we first arrived, we need assistance with going into our room. I contacted the property and before we know it, a staff member immediately arrived to assist. I was absolutely shocked (in a good way) with how prompt they were! I’m not over exaggerating when I say that right when we requested for help, they arrived in less than five minutes. The whole staff was nothing but helpful and pleasant. One of the things that we loved was how convenient the property was. The public transportation, restaurants, and the tourist attractions were easy for us to access. Everything that we needed was of walking distance. Loved the breakfast! It was such a great way to start the day. Not only was the food delicious (I was veryyyyy fond of the croissants), the staff made us feel at home. The fact that the property was a hotel and an apartment hybrid made us feel at home as well. As a matter of fact, on our way back home after our vacation, my parents mentioned how much they enjoyed the stay instead of a regular hotel or an AirBnB. My family and I have talked about coming back to Paris and my parents had emphasized that they wanted to stay here again. Our desire to come back to Paris is definitely in part to how wonderful our stay here was. We can’t wait to come back!

Check-in and check-out is all done online and would say that whilst there is a lot of communication, the directions to entry could be better and also a contact number would be beneficial. We had a superior apartment with 1 bedroom - really spacious for Paris and comfy beds, even the sofa bed. We were provided with a crib for our toddler guest too. Only things to point out, there's some iron grates by the fireplaces which whilst characterful weren't particularly safe for toddlers. The runner on the stairs had a few bumps too so you had to tread carefully (there is a lift though that we used). We did eat at the downstairs restaurant but hadn't realsied that was where we would get the 20% off so that wasn't offered. No room upgrade offered as far as I could tell. Excellent location though and spacey so a good base, particularly for longer stays!

Our stay at the Libre Madeleine was great. The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. The property is very secure. The apartment we rented is nice, clean, and spacious. It also had nice amenities like coffee, tea, and toiletries. It was perfect for our stay.

Highly recommended

The apartment is great: brand new, clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen. It’s on a less crowded but safe street, within walking distance from sights and metro stations. I stayed here for two weeks and had everything I needed.

Our original hotel room was in an area of the hotel that was under construction. Then we had a water leak from our AC unit. The staff were helpful in letting us know next steps for having things addressed and eventually upgraded us to a much nicer suite. I would recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The location was excellent with easy access to a variety of key attractions like opera granite, galleries Lafayette, place de la Concorde, louvre etc. The apartment was spacious clean and well appointed. Localização excelente, próximo a metro, RER, pontos turísticos. Na mesma quadra tem um carrefour com tudo que vc precisa (inclusive vinho e comidas prontas). Prédio antigo, mas a acomodação é muito nova, recém reformada com tudo que há de moderno e de qualidade. Cozinha equipada (porém sem temperos), café expresso. Ar condicionado com aquecedor e também uma recepção que vc pode guardar sua bagagem se chegar antes do horário. Cama confortável (diferente de outros que só tinha sofá cama). Roupa de cama e banho excelentes. Recomendo demais essa hospedagem.
