Great location to access and see Paris

This hotel states free parking.. but i had to park on the streets.. other than that the hotel was quiet and clean. I enjoyed my stay here.

Hôtel confortable mais petit-déjeuner très cher

La chambre et l'accueil étaient bien même si la rue était un peu bruyante en soirée (ça c'est bien calmé la nuit donc pas très grave). La literie était passable. Le petit déjeuner et très cher (18€!) sans prestation à la hauteur du prix : peu de choix dans les viennoiserie ou le pain, que du jus d'orange... ce ne serai pas gênant en soit si le prix était plus raisonnable mais là, je ne comprend pas.

Dont use the parking garage

The hotel itself was fine, however my car, along with others was broken into overnight in the garage. There was already evidence of previous break Ins (broken glass) so I parked near to the hotel entrance where the car would not be hidden from cameras. I had to check out early (5am) so that I could make my car fit to drive and visit the police station. I returned to the hotel afterwards to request the use of a room to shower and change and was told it wasn't possible because the room had already been serviced! Really ???? You can imagine my dismay. The response from the receptionist was "it wasn't our fault". I knew that, but it was not the kind of customer service (or complete lack of) that I expected. After escalating my request to the duty manager I was eventually allowed the use of a room to shower and change. As if my day hadn't started badly enough I had expected at least a modicum of empathy from the hotel staff ☹️

At check-in given room with one bed, when room with three beds paid for in advance. Found partially broken clothes hanger in closet and requested replacement; asked "do you need it?" Received hanger with other end broken off... Window left open by maid on freezing night, hidden by closed curtains--C-C-C-COLD! Room smelled like ass when damp. Courtesy soap broke into shards upon first use. Courtesy shower gel unintuitive to open. I could go on for 5,000 words. Almost 500 words plenty enough.

Se encuentra muy lejos de zonas de interés. El estacionamiento gratis es en un mall que se encuentra al costado. La habitación no posee ningún elemento de comodidad. La atención del personal fue lo único rescatable de nuestra visita. Wifi muy lento, cobran adicional por mejorar las prestaciones.

We ordered 3 rooms and 4 nights for our family. There was no cool air. The bed was very small. We requested to change room because it is not comfortable to have rest , but staff in front desk was not willing to change room for us. After we requested again and again, she finally helped us to change to better room with bigger bed. Also the clean lady forgot to put shampoo/body wash and towel.

Upon arrival we found staff were not very friendly. The photos do not show the hotel in its current state! Value for money wasn’t there! The elevator didn’t work very well and the rooms were old and in desperate need of repair. The bathroom was nice but the toilet door was frosted glass and not very ideal considering it’s right there as you open the door to the room. The breakfast we didn’t have included but was €36 for two when we did get it and the ‘buffet’ we found to be very limited. Very expensive to stay in the hotel and when you have to travel so far to get into Paris it’s not worth it. Location is awful because there is nothing close by and it’s a very run down area. The best part about staying here was going 20 mins down the road and found a fantastic Italian restaurant unfortunately we cannot remember the name of it. The staff were reluctant to help and didn’t care for much! The worst hotel we stayed in while we were in Europe.
