One bedroom apartment, 39 square meter on the ground floor in a very exclusive and quiet area. The apartment is coming with:







  • an open and modern kitchen with fridge, cook top, dish washer, oven, micro wave coffee maker, teapot, toaster, dish and utensil needed. 


  • a living room with a dining area completed by a table and four chairs, a sofa with a pull out bed for one adult, a coffee table, a TVHD, a DVD player, an Ipod speaker and free Internet connexion. 


  • a bedroom queen size bed (160 x 200cm) and a dressing 


  • a bathroom with a n Italian shower, a bath sink, a washing machine, a dryer, a hairdryer and a WC.






Towels and Linen are provided.





 





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.





- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Location! Location! Location! The place was as advertised. Clean. Has most kitchen essentials. Washer/dryer for laundry. But the true beauty of this place is the location. You are steps away from Le Marais shops and restaurants. A short walk to Hotel De Ville and Notre Dame. We also walked to The Louvre with a baby and it was not bad, took about 20 minutes with a stop at a bakery along the way. Great location for a first trip to Paris. The only hiccup we had was when checking-in, we had to pay the damage deposit, but none of our credit cards (tried 3 different cards) would work because it needed an email/text verification which would not work since we are from out of country (Canada). The host came up with a plan B, in which he ran to grab a card machine to do the transaction, the only problem is that he said it will take 10-14 days to see a refund. So now i’m patiently waiting to see if the damage deposit is refunded on my credit card. Assuming this money is refunded within the next two weeks, this is a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great stay.

Excellent accommodation

We rented the apartment for 2 weeks and used it as our home base in Paris. We love the Marais neighborhood. There are many cafes, restaurants and patisseries within a short distance from the apartment. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The unit was clean comfortable, and is well insulated from any street noise.

Well priced place in a great neighborhood

We had a nice stay here for 4 nights. Bedroom/bed was comfortable with a closet with shelves although there are no dresser/drawers. Kitchen was sufficient although items like silverware are left floating in drawers without any organizational holders. And there are only a few wine glasses of varying sizes and a few small coffee cups so we were constantly having to hand wash our dishes as we used them. The fridge is a mini fridge so it might not work for those that intend to do a lot of cooking. As others have noted there aren’t many basics offered - a small container of dish soap and a tiny hand soap for the bathroom - no body soap for the shower or shampoo. And we had to purchase paper towels because there weren’t any & extra toilet paper as well since we were only given 2 small rolls. We also had ants in the shower and around the kitchen. There was a container of ant spray there so clearly this is an issue. There weren’t that many though so we just killed them as we saw them and didn’t reach out about it to ask for help. The owner was responsive to our other questions though. Check in was a little frustrating as the owner needs to be there to let you in with a key and we were left waiting on the street for more than 10 minutes even though I continued to update him with our exact timing as we were making our way to the place. The pullout couch was sufficient for our teenage daughter. All & all a good stay for the price and a great location.

Great location

Bella Citta is surrounded by good restaurants, patisseries, and easy access to public transit. The apartment is small, but very quiet and quite adequate for a couple. Amenities are reasonable but there is no supply of personal showering soap or shampoo unless you opt to purchase an offered supply. Supply of dishwasher and laundry soap is provided. The bed is very comfortable, but the sofa and small chair could be significantly improved by spending slightly not a lot more money on them. Additional written or online information on operating the dishwasher, washer-dryer and heating system would be appreciated rather than just the speedy explanation by the agent on check-in.

Quiet in Le Marais

Such a great property on a very quiet street right next to all the shops and restaurants in Le Marais. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. Gregory was very quick with all communications and was extremely helpful in answering the many questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our Stay in the Marais

Bella Citta is a delightful find. Located on a very short street with minimal vehicular traffic, this unit is located on the ground floor of an inner courtyard, so it is quiet and very safe. There are many lively areas within a 5 minute walk offering restaurants, food shopping etc. We used the Rue Rambuteau metro, but there many others stops a short walk away. The management group is courteous and responsive. You will be met at the door to the building by a management representative so if your prearranged arrival time changes, let the rep know otherwise you may find yourself standing in front of the door, wondering what to do next. The all ceramic floor really lessens the worry about uninvited creepy-crawleys. The wifi is excellent. There are plenty of wall plugs, especially in the kitchen area. This unit ticked all the boxes for us.

Cozy stay in Le Marais

Quiet, comfortable and safe. Appreciated the ground level and courtyard entrance for 2 elders with luggage. Great to walk everywhere: restaurants, shops, a wonderful neighborhood. May be best for a single traveler or a couple. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic Location

First timers to Paris and Bella Citta made our trip a great success! In the heart of Le Marais, we loved stepping out each morning to get pastries and coffee from different cafes (so many close choices!). Bella Citta was a quiet retreat from the daily bustle which was surprising given how close it was to night life. So easy to use the week long Navigo pass to take Metro, RER, and busses to everything we wanted to see.

Great flat - phenomenal location - responsive management company

The apartment is a one-bedroom one-bath on the ground floor facing an inner courtyard. It was very quiet with fantastic blackout curtains. The heat worked well. There is a table to eat at and a pull-out couch that was comfortable to sleep on. The apartment was spotless. The location itself is just supreme - easy walk to the metro, easy walk to catch the train to CDG or a metro to a train station, and so many places to walk to within the center of the city. The management was very easy to communicate with as well as accommodating for our travel schedules both arriving and departing. The agence is just around the corner from the flat. I would stay here again for sure.

Quiet courtyard rental

I really liked how quiet this little courtyard apartment was and how we slept well even in a bustling neighborhood. It was safe and clean and by fun stores, bakery etc. I liked that they had a couple of fans available and several coffee and tea makers. I did not see one bug and checked the mattresses, flipped the light on at midnight etc. all good which is a huge relief for a traveler! I would give it 5 stars, but assigned 4 because we could not find an outlet in the bathroom, there were not screens and as an American I was worried something would come in the first floor window at night, the hot water was set at a burn your skin high level , there were not chairs to being outside, and lastly ,the rental company sent a text that they were coming into the apartment to measure for draperies. I don’t like a surprise visit with my passports laying out etc. I thought they should have waited till we were gone Even with these minor issues, the three of us all really liked the apartment and that we could get great restorative sleep.

Great location, property and hosts. Attention to minor maintenance issues would have made this a 5 star property. Peeling paint in bathroom ceiling, mold in bathroom ceiling corner, dishwasher not secured in cabinet, throw rug in living space dangerously slides on floor, no manuals for applicances.

Location location location

Two blocks east of the Pompidou Centre in the Marais. This unit was clean, comfortable and very quiet, tucked into the ground floor of a courtyard in the heart of Paris. The hosts were very responsive and very informative, including arranging a 4 a.m. cab ride to the airport.

Nestled in quiet street but near the Metro station and Rue Rambateau shops and restaurants, the apartment was secure, spacious, comfortable and clean. Check-in was seamless. It took our visit to Paris from A to A+.

Great neighborhood

This property was perfect for our 6 night stay. Good neighborhood, with lots of shopping choices. Clean and perfect for the 2 of us and we would definitely rent this apartment again.
