  • Small kitchen: equipped with a microwave, a hob, fridge, coffee maker, teapot, toaster and dishwasher, and all the necessary for cooking.


  • The living room with a sofa bed for 2 adults, coffee table, HD TV, WIFI. Two armchairs. Windows on courtyard.


  • Dining area with a table and 4 chairs • Bedroom: is equipped with a bed 140 x 200cm. Wardrobe.


  • The bathroom: with shower and sink, hair dryer.

Property is in an excellent area with many restaurants and shops very closed by and closed to key attraction areas. On negative side During our stay we didnt have wifi working and the cleanliness of the sofa bed could have been better. We have some bedsheet with previous people hair. Overall it s great place

Great Location

The location was fabulous, within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Took a subway ride to the Eiffel Tower but the directions from the gentleman who checked us in to the apartment were not clear. The only negative about the apartment itself was that the Nespresso machine did not work and we were counting on that in the morning. There were also no water or milk drinking glasses, only wine glasses. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Greta location and communicative vrbo however the place is not very nice. Very cheap appliances and strict rules took a $1000 pre authorizaed deposit

Great location, so-so amenities

It was good overall. The fact that the stove top and TV did not work was a little annoying. The kitchen and bathroom are smaller and less usable than it appears on the listing. The windows open to ground floor passerbys in the courtyard, so you can't leave them open unless you want to be in a "fishbowl" - this makes it quite stuffy and feels quite shut in. Also the bathroom fan is the loudest one I have ever heard in my life. Overall it served the purpose, and the location was awesome, but it wasn't the most pleasant or charming place.

Hidden Gem in Paris

This property was perfect in every way. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was phenomenal - the property was in a quiet street but it was also in the middle of everything! My daughter and I loved our time at this property and in Paris. We will absolutely book this property again.

Ruhiges Appartement in zentral gelegener, quirliger Umgebung

Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Durch die zentrale Lage kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos zu Fuß erreichen, die Metro ist aber auch nicht weit. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, Bäcker und andere Geschäfte und unzählige Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Durch die Lage zum Innenhof hin ist das Appartement überraschend ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist sehr gut und freundlich, das Büro liegt in der Nähe und man kann dort ggf. nach dem Auschecken noch sein Gepäck deponieren. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Apartment very interesting and beautiful in a great location in the middle of Paris with many sites within walking distance, such as Les Halles metro hub, Notre Dame, and the Left Bank. The vibrant Marais

We loved our stay at the Bric Broc apartment....the Marais is a wonderful district and also a great jumping off point to see all of Paris...even tho it is a lively district, the apartment was very quiet....it was everything we hoped for...we would book it on future trips.

Great location, but apartment needed maintenance.

Great location - central to sights, restaurants, Metro, etc. Clean and comfortable. Many items not working - lights in the inside doorway, bedroom overhead, in bathroom over the mirror; kitchen faucet is loose and moves around when you turn it on; freezer was iced shut. Did not receive a response to our request for maintenance. Also, the kitchen sink does not have hot water. Bathroom and shower were great, bed was very comfortable.

Ottima l'accoglienza. L'appartamento è risultato molto pulito e silenzioso situato in zona strategica per visitare la città. Vicine le stazioni dei mezzi di trasporto. La proprietà, l'ultimo giorno di permanenza a Parigi, ci ha permesso di depositare i bagagli fino al pomeriggio permettendoci di sfruttare al meglio la giornata. Sicuramente soluzione da consigliare.

Paris - A Spectacular Experience

Our 10 days in Paris were significantly enhanced by our decision stay at the Bric et Broc , in the Paris City Centre . It was the perfect location : we easily walked to the Llouve , the Opera Garnier , the Seinne and So , so much more . The apartment itself is lovely , spacious for 2 but can accomodate childern as well on the sofa bed . It is exactly as it appears on the pictures , only nicer I think . The historic building is impressive . We found it had all the necessary equipment although we never used the kitchen , other than the microwave and Nepresso coffee maker ( a delightful find as I use one a home ) . We were in the Marais district and Restaurants with sidewalk dining and Patasseries we literally as close as 2 mins from our “ petit apartement “ . And another plus - the apartment is on the ground floor , no stairs to climb . The bathrom was up to date and with attractive mirrors on the wall . Further more we found everything spotlessly clean , all in very good condition except a broken handle on the kitchen door . Truthfully the only downside we found was the mattress on the bed was too “ firm “ for us and so our sleep could have been better . For that reason I give it 4 .5 stars , not 5 . The gentleman at the agency are lovely and helpful and their office is just nearby . I hope we can return again , to this same location . We have travelled extensively and IS Paris as a spectacular experience .
