The accommodation was reasonably priced by Paris standards, it was clean and a short walk from Porte d'Italie meto station. It was also close to an untouristy high street which was interesting. On the minus side there was no storage space in the room art from some hangars so almst everything stayed in the suitcase. Paris is an international destination so it was surprising that there were no non French TV stations.

Very bad

I am from india I am a sports coach we had a tournament in France near by this hotel. We had stay of 5 night on the check-in day the hotel staff as deposit 150EUR which is refundable by checkout day. On the check out day they said the payment will be refund by 9pm.but there is no payment received in my account. There are not replying the mail and no response from the hotel. This is not at all good..

In my first room (119) the air-con did not work, the desk seat was broken and desk lamp faulty. They changed my room to 511, here the TV had a fault and I could not charge my shaver as the shaver socket on the hair dryer did not work. Outside there was rubbish that did not get cleared up for the Friday to Monday for my stay.

Après échanges avec un réceptionniste arrogant, impoli, quasi violent, celui-ci émet une nouvelle et deuxième factre pour une prestation non consommée durant le séjour.
