Worth it for the location

The location was great. Near the Louvre and the muse day or say, and everything was walkable. The place itself was good for four adults. The Wi-Fi was spotty, The rooms were kind of small, but the bed was really comfortable.

Fun location!

We had a lovely stay in this adorable apartment. The location was perfect for coming and going during the day. Beds were comfortable and having a washing machine was tops.

Fantastic, safe and charming.

The property was very quaint and the three floors offered some great privacy from the others staying there. The covered passage offered a unique experience in Paris. I'd stay here again with my family of four.

Central Apartment with Easy Access to Attractions

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. It was smaller than we anticipated based on the website, and the only drawback was that the shower in one of the rooms was a bit too small.This apartment is a good choice if your travel plans don't include preparing meals, as the space may feel limited for that purpose. While it can technically accommodate up to six people, I would recommend it for two couples for optimal comfort.The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, making the overall experience hassle-free.I would definitely consider staying here again.

This was my first trip to Paris with my sisters.

We had a wonderful stay. We were given all of the things we needed. I would say that the stairs were our only challenge. I would rent this space again.

The place was smaller than we expected but had all the charm. It is a great location for visiting the tourist spots, and the passage itself had some unique shops and eateries. Great location

The bedrooms are small and there are a lot of steps. But we enjoyed our stay in this eccentric apartment. It is quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect between Opera and the Louvre. Lots of popular Asian eating places nearby.

Amazing Location

The location is amazing! Short walk to multiple Metro lines, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy walking distance to the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay. With the Passage closed to the public at night, it also makes for a very quiet stay! As others have mentioned, the stairs are definitely steep, but fine for our family with teens.

Great stay in a great location

I enjoyed my stay. Great location and adorable place. One thing to note, the upstairs shower is a bit tight when you have the water on due to the handle needing to come out when the water is on and also there is no light over the sink in that bathroom. Really only something that would be harder for a woman. Other than that, fantastic stay. Would stay here again.

France vacation with Family

We had a lovely stay in our Parisian flat. Florian was a wonderful host and very helpful. It was so close to the metro and a lot of the popular spots in Paris. We loved the Passage Choiseul in which our flat was located. The restaurants and shops were wonderful! We would definitely recommend if you don’t mind walking up steps. Very Parisian.

Great location but amenities need work

Great location, easy check in and access to metro stations. Amenities need work however, limited amount of toilet paper provided, and bathroom towels were not great quality. No face cloths provided, and there was nowhere to hang up towels after use.

Family short stay in Paris

Great location with easy walking access to all major transport and many of the tourist sites. Narrow winding stairs ok with our kids (aged over 6) but would be hard with young children. Also bedrooms split over level one and three so again might be an issue for some. Worked very well for us and had a great stay. Thank you

Great location

We love the central location. Two really good beds and they fold out. Both bathrooms were great, but one is smallish. The staircases are pretty tight but doable. The host and the check in process were flawless. We had a few bugs crawl out overnight from under the kitchen cabinets. We had to do a little vacuuming every morning. But I would stay there again.

Stay here!!!

Location, location, location. This place is awesome. Walking distance to some amazing food and all the things to see. Beds are all comfy and a very secure, quiet place to stay The only thing is the stairs. I wouldn’t stay here if you have little little toddlers or anyone with mobility issues. We were 3 adults and a 10 year old and had no issues with the stairs. We will be 100% saving this location for future Paris trips.

The apartment was clean and in a great location. We were able to manage but the biggest issue is three flights of very steep narrow stairs. Also wish the 3rd floor shower was bigger and we could have used air conditioning. It was nice that fans were included so we managed.

Very small, good location

The property was in a great location, easily accessible to many Metro lines as well as the louvre. The property is very small and has very little space to put luggage or to really feel comfortable. As other reviewers have noted, the staircase is very narrow. The apartment is not the cleanest but is acceptable. The check-in process was very smooth and easy.

As good as in the middle of Paris

We stayed here 2 consecutive weekends for the Rugby World Cup. The location is spot on, easy to get to and in an area with endless bars, restaurants and shops. We were walking distance from the Louvre and Notre Dame. We even had a great walk to the Eifel Tower and the Stade de France! (I would not recommend the walk to the stadion though, you go through some really questionable neighbourhoods) The property faces this quint passage and is dead quiet on a Sunday. Very good spot indeed. As with every Paris propery- the stairs are fun with luggage! Not for older people.

Need more details on supplies

We stayed 7 nights, run out toilet papers in day 5, (evenly we went out the house at 9:00 AM and came back at 8:00 PM) no napkins we have to went out and bought, not enough shampoo for family of five. If the owner provide electric converter for people at different country (USA) use that is very helpful. Thank you,

A good base for exploring Paris

A quirky apartment - small and compact but served what we needed for our few days in Paris. Excellent communication from host with comprehensive pre check information provided via a link. Even messaged to check in case of any flood damage with heavy rain we experienced during our stay. Download/screenshot the codes ahead of trip. Phone signal poor in the area or head out into the street to pick up the information. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes right on your doorstep - very much spoilt for choice. Apartment is compact - to be expected for the area. I didn't realise how tight and narrow the stairs would be. Tight on space for the four of us. No issue with noise - perhaps at busier times of the year and the shopping arcade closed around 8pm. Felt very safe in the area and apartment and would recommend for anyone staying on their own too.
