Rooms and hotel needs renovation, first room had no shower door, second room the heating couldn’t be turned off. Night staff are very immature and unprofessional, not caring that the rooms given have issues. When we had an issue with our room there was three air hostesses who were given rooms that were already occupied, one lady was given two occupied rooms. Staff didn’t care. Overpriced

Liked that it was close to the airport . Did not like that they list their pool and hot tub as an amenity, however you have to pay to use them, even if you are a guest. Did not like thay they only procided 2 towels for a pre-booked room with 3 guests. Room had leaking taps, broken mirror, and broken bathroom fixtures. Bathroom was dirty on arrival.

It is an average hotel with good value for the price. The room had a large bath and shower, and also a small kitchen. The parking is convenient and free. Take into account that access to the pool requires a payment of 10 euro/day/person and 5 euro for children. Also, the rooms are not completely soundproof, which could be an issue for some people. For me, I need to sleep with a noise-canceling earbud, but my son doesn't hear anything.

The property was average. The room had two bathrooms which was handy travelling with a family. Access to restaurants was tricky, but it was walking distance to a mall. We chose this property due to the pool/hot tub and airport shuttle, however we were not expecting that both were ammenities with cost! I found that the front desk staff were not very pleasant and seemed annoyed by questions.

We did enjoy our stay here except for a few unfortunate details. We loved the health and wellbeing center except that the hamman and steam rooms were out of order. The room was very nice except one bathroom smelled strongly of mold. We just used the other one and kept the door closed. But nearby was a beautiful park and tourism office and a great little town with many wonderful small shops and restaurants. Beautiful! Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Great hotel. Conveniently located near the airport. We had the family room which was huge, had two separate bathrooms and a mini kitchen. Spotless clean and super comfortable bed. Even had the second bed ready for our daughter which was lovely. We did not need to have to set it up. Lovely. Highly recommend.

Very good hotel.

My stay was short but good. This hotel is close to the airport and has its own restaurant and spa. Beds were comfortable and even the sofa/bed was awesome. Nice showers with very good pressure and hot water. My only complain was that the washbasin was clogged and slow. Other than that, my stay was good.

My room's AC did not work, and it took a while to get a new room, which greatly delayed my bedtime. I was hoping to have a long and good night's sleep. In the new room, there was no washcloth, small towels, or a hairdryer. The hotel was rather dirty and outdated. I had stayed in that hotel some years back when it was a Crowne Plaza hotel, which was wonderful at the time and it was the reason I opted for this hotel. The hotel is now under different ownership and it shows. I would not recommend it.

We were welcomed nicely and check-in was quick. However, we had to pay a €250 deposit — something I haven’t experienced in years and that felt very old-fashioned. The Executive Suite we booked was okay, though showing some wear and tear. Unfortunately, the sleeping couch for the kids wasn’t made up. Since there are no phones in the rooms, we had to go down to reception twice before this was finally arranged. The night was even more disappointing: at 4:30 the TVs in our room switched themselves on, welcoming the “next guest.” At 5:30, someone even opened our door and walked into our room — an extremely unpleasant and unsafe experience. At checkout we reported all this to reception, and the staff said management would follow up. Unsurprisingly, we haven’t heard anything back. If you only need a place to stay for one night, the hotel is acceptable. Just be prepared for a hefty deposit, make sure to double-lock (or barricade) your door, and don’t expect too much.

Good for airport overnight stay

Lovely spacious and comfortable room. Check in at Reception could have been extra better. No free shuttle for the terminal 1 or 2 very surprising, not clearly indicated on application.
