地點方便，由巴黎北站坐的士10分鐘左右，房東會來接待，也很友善。步行往羅浮宮約20分鐘，非常方便；也有地鐵8號及9號線，可坐地鐵往巴黎鐵塔。
附近也有很多好吃的餐廳，也有超市，非常適合家庭出行。
