Had a great stay. Close to the parks and great theming. Only negative point: Showerhead could not be set higher, as a part of it was broken, so you could only shower by holding it in your hand.

One night stay, friendly staff, easy check in, bag drop on check out was a long queue so prepare for this. Room was clean and perfect for a solo trip. Approx 15 min walk to parks or the bus took only a couple of minutes

Fantastic value for money in an ideal location that's just ten minutes walk from the park. The staff are extremely helpful all the way from the maids to the receptionist. Plenty of amenities on site. The room is small but considering the whole day is spent on the park and in the village it was a good size to sleep in. We also got to see Woody on the final morning! We will be considering this Disney hotel again.

Very cute Woody from Toy Story themed hotel. Excellent location close to the parks and Disney village; it’s so handy to be able to walk back after the fireworks! There is also a shuttle bus but we usually felt it was quicker to walk. The beds were actually pretty comfortable and the Starbucks was convenient for a quick breakfast snack if you don’t want the full buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was ok. Room was sufficient, although I was surprised Disney plus wasn't available on the TV. The main downside related to noise coming from the toilet every ten minutes which kept me awake. This could just be related to our bedroom.

We arrived around 11pm and checked straight in. Staff were pleasant. Didn’t have breakfast and didn’t see any characters whilst we stayed which is a shame. I really think they should be walking around frequently. Room was clean and kids enjoyed it but no fridge. We took an Eskimo anyway as we had driven and there were ice machines around which were free which was great. Used the bar once after the park and had a few drinks and pizzas. Pizzas could definitely be better, not hard to make a bad pizza but there were so cheesy it wasn’t great. It took us about 10 minutes to walk via the lake into the park where security was super quick. We did walk via the road the first few days and that was also quick but long security q’s as people were coming off the trains and buses. I really wouldn’t bother with the bus although they are frequent. If driving they have a huge free car park too. We took loads of snacks and ate from the food carts in the park. There is a pret in the station if you enter that way too and found a fast food/sandwich/salad/wraps pizza/ restaurant in Disney village which wasn’t too bad if you wanted to get some food to go.
