A very positive experience.

Dropped bags off very early in the day upon arrival in the city which was really easy. Staff tried to see if room was available but unfortunately not. Staff also really keen to offer any support we needed for getting around and things to see/do. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. For what we paid we we were very happy.

Peaceful, very friendly, very convenient hotel

My teenage son and I stayed for three nights during our first trip to Paris. The room was very clean, very quiet (even the air-con) and conveniently located with plenty of places to eat, small supermarket and metro station for line 7. The staff were very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. The biggest thank you to Amed - he's been exceptional.

Very compact!!

Room small but comfortable although very warm despite air conditioning. No toilet door therefore privacy was compromised. Very little storage space and no in room tea/coffee making facilities. However a pleasant place to stay for just a couple of days and excellent location.

Very good

Nice little hotel, 10 min walk from Gardu Nord train station. Lots of bars and shops around to choose from. Staff very friendly and accommodating! In general very nice and clean place to stay in the heart of Paris! The only downside was that we were unable to open the window and the air conditioning wasn’t very strong.

Great Location

Hotel is in a great location just a few blocks from Gare du Nord. First night there the AC was barely working. last morning the hot water was out. If they fix this stuff it will be a great place. I have stayed here 4 times before but not sure I would do so again.

Actually a good hotel. However, not suited for business travellers. They had some issues creating a correct invoice (which was later resolved so ok), but also they charged me for a water from the minibar that I did not consume. This can happen but it is then very annoying when you have to spent significant time to get that mistake from the hote rectified. In a nutshell: If you want to have a frictionless stay for Business I cannot recommend this place.
