Incredibly kind front of house staff. I arrived hours before check in and just asked if I can charge my phone and I’ll come back at the appropriate time. While I waited the staff checked if my room was ready and within 15 minutes I was already in my room. They also made sure I was carrying water when I was going out during a heat wave.
