Our wonderful week in Paris
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our attic room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend staying here. There is a beautiful park down the road and lovely restaurants and bakeries. We could walk to many places from here too.
The staff are so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Beautiful mix of modern and traditional interiors; quirky rooms with luxury touches. A hidden gem, excellent value for money and fantastic location; delicious breakfast.
All staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly.Hotel room was clean and we loved the toiletres.Location was great with lots of nice bakeries in the area, supermarkets and the metro. Area was nice and safe and there is a beautiful park closeby.
We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good, the location was excellent. We were less than thrilled about the absence of an elevator, but that is the way it was. Noise from the street was often quite loud. The hotel itself, however, is fine. The Batignolles area is also very interesting.
My daughter and I had a lovely stay in this quiet hotel in an area where we felt safe to walk around at night together. There were plenty of cafés and restaurants within a short walk and a great boulangerie across the road. There were at least 4 metro stations within around 10 minutes walk of the hotel to get to other areas of Paris, and a beautiful little quiet park close by. Our room was comfortable with a newly refurbished bathroom. It was possible to leave luggage for a while on check-out day which was convenient We loved our stay thank you.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The hotel and the staff were nice and helpful. The main problem is the walls and rooms are not insulated enough. You can here people in the next room talk, and the noise of water pipes makes it impossible to sleep if your neighbor is taking a shower.
It was good . Staff were nice and super helpful. It is very quiet around the area and very safe . Walkable access to the metro and restaurants 2 mins walk. I know it is not a big hotel , but having an elevator one day would be helpful. It can be painful if you have a check in language and have to go up and down by yourself . When it comes to the price, I do feel like it is a little pricey for the type of hotel you get very basic but others than that , great stay . You can not beat the location.
This is a really lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. There is a cute little outdoor courtyard area with tables and chairs, and a ping pong table and football table which the kids enjoyed. The junior suite was perfect for a family - the sofa bed was easy to make up and fold back for more space. The sliding door between this area and the main bedroom allowed for privacy.
There is a fab boulangerie opposite, and a small supermarket down the road for supplies. A 5-10 min walk takes in some lovely restaurants/cafes, and a very pleasant park with duck pond. It is a nice quiet area. The metro station is at the far end of the park. It is possible to walk to the Monmartre area and the Sacre Coeur in about 30 mins. We'd stay again!
Avoid this hotel, they advertise on other websites that they have AC and they dont, I traveled with my family, 2 kids in summer, room was so small for 4 people and no AC, we couldnt open the windows because my daughter is allergic to mosquitos bites, we book for 2 nights but left after first night since my kids got sick for sleeping with the fan next to their heads due to the heat in the room, we left to find another hotel, front desk did not offer any solution they did not care since is already paid, they said hotels.com policy is no refund, but hotels.com said is hotel manager policy
Impressive to see how they dont care having kids sleeping under those conditions and specially that they did not try to assist us.
This is the worst experience we had in a hotel. I will not recommend it and i dont recommend hotels.com as well as they are blaming the manager bit manager blaming them
We are asking only the night that we DID NoT stayed at their hotel, we are nos asking for anything free
Nice cozy hotel, very clean and well located. Overall a place I like to have as a reference, It feels more like a family-ran hotel. Beware there is no elevator,
