The front desk was very friendly and spoked English, which that was a great experience for us since we do not speak French, the room may need a little upgrade. There’s a Meteo entrance within walking distance made it easy and fast to get to places .

Rooms are small and smell like moisture. The room that was given to us had mold all over the ceiling(that they tried to cover with paint but mold was still showing through) and paint on the wall bubbling from water leakage. To top it off it didn’t have a proper shower, it had a tub with handle that you would have to sit to shower. This is not 4 star. It’s 2 star at best. The only good thing about this place is location right next to metro.

Cool boutique hotel in a great location for shopping, cafes. It’s also near a train station where you can get the train to CDG airport. We were there for one night but would stay there again. Breakfast is included and was a typical French continental breakfast which was very good.

The location is great. It is small but that is normal. What made our stay was an exceptional staff. Especially Jasmine was fantastic. We are older and Jasmine went out of her way to set us up with transportation options and Uber app. She patiently explained everything to us and even offered to go with us to the metro station. She provided my wife with a metro card that some previous travelers left and told us how to load it. We left it with her for some other traveler after we were done. It also helped that her English was excellent. All the best Jasmine!

The hotel and staff were amazing and so accommodating. The hotel was quiet and safe, and in a wonderful location. Cannot say enough good things. We had a total of 3 rooms, grandparents, parents and teenagers were all beyond satisfied with our stay!

Hotel room was clean but very small for me even for 2 of us. staff were the best taking care of our needs. However, WiFi was so problematic all along. Staff tried to help but hardly got an uninterrupted 2 hours of net …. I think they should work on that for more convenience.
