La chambre était affreuse, toute petite et propreté plus que douteuse. Les draps ds lits étaient déchirés et taches. Juste avant la réception pour déjeuner des matelas et autres affaires étaient entassés dans un recoin, très joli en arrivant pour déjeuner. Accueil à la réception moyen... hôtel à fuir !

Très gros effort à faire sur l’insonorisation des chambres ! J’avais l’impression de participer à la conversation de mes voisins ! Pas beaucoup d’eau chaude le matin (comme partout !) manque un gobelet dans la sdb. Sinon, confort, propreté, service ok.

Bonjour je ne parlerai que de la chambre 34 car c'est celle que j'ai eu. Alors après un accueil plutôt sympa nous sommes montées dans la chambre et là au surprise nous avons était accueilli par une serviette parterre bon passons la dame de ménage viens tout de suite pour la retirer et nous passe un express coup d'aspirateur. Ayant pu poser nos affaires nous découvrons une moquette tachée à plusieurs endroits, un des lit avait aussi des taches sur le couvre lit et je ne parle pas des rideaux qui eux aussi avaient des taches. L'armoire qui je pense a sont temps avait un problème pour fermer ainsi qu'un souci avec son fond... Quand à la salle de bain j'aurai peut être du préciser que j'était une grosse personne il m'aurait peut être dit que pour rentrer dans la douche il faudrait que je tombe mon ventre et ma poitrine (désolée il sont là et je ne peux pas m'en séparer) et je passe sur les traces de moisissures au mur ... Dommage l’hôtel est peut être dans du vieux mais sur les photos ça avait l'air plutôt propre et sympa

La chambre (137) est vétuste, la déco date du siècle dernier, les sanitaires sont complètement moisis, il y a une fuite d'eau quelque part qui a fait du bruit toute la nuit, m'empêchant de dormir, et j'ai eu froid. J'ai du porter ma valise seule au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. D'un autre côté, le prix était raisonnable car 'deal de dernière minute' à 90€ sans le petit-déjeuner, et la literie et sanitaire étaient propres.

Accueil déplorable.. Nous avons depasser le chek in de 15 min le réceptionniste FOU de l'hôtel a debarquer dans ma chambre alors que je n'était meme mas habillée ma hurler dessus comme une mal propre. Je veux bien qu'on na un peu abuser du temps mais ya des façons de parler au clients.

Pobyt super, polecam apartament junior. Hotel położony w spokojnej dzielnicy, spacerkiem można dojść w 3 minuty do Sekwany i podziwiać widoki na wieżę Eiffle'a. W pobliżu restauracje, kawiarnie. Wspomnienia rewelacyjne. Polecam :)

Je ne recommande en aucun cas cet établissement. Nous étions au 3eme étage, sans ascenseur.. Les prises ne fonctionnait pas, aucune prise dans la salle de bain, moquette tâché, établissement vieux et je pense très loin des normes.

I loved this hotel but for an older person I suggest requesting a lower floor as the stairs aren’t ideal. The rooms were toasty warm in Winter with great heaters and towel racks. Close to Metro and buses when not on strike.

Accueil bien,mais une remise en état est nécessair

Rapport qualité au prix de la chambre est normal , petit déjeuner bien. La moquette des couloirs et de la chambre à besoin d’être remplacée.
