Quaint stay. Location was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a very traditional European stay so room is functional but small. If you are looking for modern feel this isn’t the place for you but if you want to stay in the heart of the city and walk to the Eiffel Tower this is your stay.

We loved our stay at here. The staff was very friendly. the location was excellent-a 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower and 10 min to Trocadero Square. The Trocadero metro station and Passy Station are a short walk. The towels were a little thin but everything else was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Excellent and kind staff. Really cute and clean boutique hotel in a great area. Nestled in the 16th you feel less like you're in a hotel and more like you're staying in a small room in the neighbourhood. Not touristy at all and the sounds of the neighbourhood are at the perfect level (not too loud at all). I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back one day. Had a wonderful experience.

Good air-conditioned room. Very thin wall so i can hear people next door moving and conversing early morning. I checked in late and left early. Hotel was convenient for my meeting.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower, but my overall experience was disappointing. My biggest issue was the room being uncomfortably hot. Staff explained that the air conditioning was set to heating for the entire hotel and could not be switched to cooling. Their only suggestion was to open the window, which I was uncomfortable doing. Unfortunately, the customer service and lack of temperature control negatively affected our stay.

We had a really nice stay for my mothers birthday weekend. We had a partial view of the Eiffel Tower which was a bonus. The air-con was a life saver!! It got cold enough to use the duvet. The only let down was the breakfast food which could be improved. Other than that, the hotel and staff was excellent! Thank you very much!

Employees were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I had a bit of a problem getting hot water in the shower the first day. I would suggest the Hôtel management to remodel the bathtub and change for a regular shower.

My stay was wonderful. Beautiful hotel. Love the old fashion feel. The staff was very helpful. There is a cafe around the corner that has yummy croissants and Americano coffee. It is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Quiet area. In contact with them about a double charge of city tax. I was told a credit was issued but it has not shown up on my credit card yet. I will give them a week and if I don’t receive a refund I will take it up with my bank. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a quieter visit.

The walls were very thin and I was unable to sleep most of the night unfortunately. However the room was clean. This is supposed to be the ‘most boring’ neighbourhood in Paris but it is still very pretty and there are some shops & restaurants

Great location and price. Rooms were a little small but to be expected for Paris. Close to major attractions including the Eiffel Tower. Safe area for a family coming to Paris.
