All of the staff, from the front reception to dining area to housekeeping was kind, helpful and courteous. Hotel room was recently remodeled, clean, comfortable, quiet and had a great view. Perfect location in Paris. You won’t be disappointed. Great rooms for the price, and TVs with chrome cast good for winding down after a day of sightseeing and eating amazing food. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very charming. We were able to walk to several museums and restaurants. Staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good and afternoon snacks really came in handy. My wife’s first trip to Europe and she wasn’t particularly pleased with the no air conditioning aspect but the hotel was nice enough to fix us up with a nice oscillating fan which solved the problem. Overall very pleasant experience.
