This is an older hotel but it is well maintained and clean. Room size European standard. Bed comfortable. Staff very welcoming and helpful. It is located right across the street (2 minute walk) to Montparnasse train station. AC worked well as we were there during a heat wave. There is a café/bar next door and lots of other cafés on next block. Great place to stay if catching the train.

Great little hotel adjacent to the Montparnasse Train station. Stayed here for one night after landing in Paris and before heading to Bordeaux. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Didn't purchase the breakfast for the additional €14 per person, because there are tons of breakfast options within a 10 minute walk of the hotel and I wanted to have options. Not super convenient location to visit any of the major tourist attractions by foot, but the metro will take you anywhere quickly. Definitely a fun neighborhood to wander around in.

Great location

Hôtel was located close to transport, shops and plenty of dining options. The Montparnasse tower is directly across the road where you can lookout over Paris and at the Eiffel Tower, enjoying sunset views and light show. Room was small but clean and was all we needed for our 3 day stay.
