UExcellent Stay I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was nice, from the clean and comfortable room to the friendly and helpful staff. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Excellent Food The food was excellent, with a great choice and everything tasting fresh and delicious. Great Location The underground station is very close to the hotel, which makes it very convenient for getting around and exploring the city. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would be happy to stay here again!

Location is convenient from the metro, however the closest metro entrance is all stairs so take note. Staff very helpful. They have additional amenities with iron and filtered water. Room is clean and has all the amenities. Air con works very well. Bed is comfy. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the bathroom sink doesn’t drain. It became unusable with water remain in the sink the next morning so I had to use the shower for water instead. My stay was only for one night so no time to ask them to fix it. Would stay again.

We had a great time in Paris. Hôtel was nearby train stations, we went Paris for BTS concerts, and we had no trouble with late nights returning back to hotel. Public transport was 5 mins away, shops, restaurant everything closeby. Hotel was lovely with nice view and friendly staffs. We didn’t have Europeplugs, staff was really helpful to find the plugs for us otherwise it would have been a disaster. We came back home with loads of good memories.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. It was very quiet and calm. Even when Paris was celebrating winning the champions league we had a restful night. It is in a great location with access to nice restaurants and shops as well as public transport. There is the possibility to do your own wash which to me is a plus. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel near a metro stop that had several lines so it was easy to go places. We went everywhere (including Versailles using the metro. We also could walk to places like the Arc and Champs de Elysees. The breakfast was great too. You could choose when you wanted breakfast, which was great. Some days we just went to a nearby cafe. Nice safe upscale neighborhood. Very beautifully appointed room. You could walk back after watching the sunset on the Seine etc. And there were lots of restaurants nearby. Really enjoyed the five nights we stayed at this hotel!

First of all, I would not stay here again. The pictures online were extremely misleading, especially when it came to the view. The hotel photos made it look like you could actually see the Arc de Triomphe from the balcony. Technically, yes—you can see it if you lean very far over the balcony and try really hard. 😂 The actual view was nothing like what I expected from the pictures. The bathroom was another major issue. The bathtub was so high and uncomfortable to get in and out of that I literally had to hold onto the vanity to avoid falling. The tub was also extremely narrow. If you put both feet together while standing, there was barely enough room for them. It was honestly uncomfortable and felt unsafe. And let’s talk about the toiletries. They provided one product that was supposed to be both shampoo and body wash. It was so harsh that it completely dried out my hair. For the amount we paid for this room, I expected much better quality. Now, the room size—this was probably the biggest disappointment. The room was insanely small for two adults. We had two large suitcases and two carry-ons, and there was barely enough space to move around, let alone open our luggage. We couldn’t even comfortably open our suitcases separately to unpack. The room felt extremely claustrophobic. I asked if we could switch to a larger room, but I was told that the larger room would actually be considered a “downgrade” and that they wouldn’t be able to refund the difference. Considering how
