The hotel service was excellent, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and put together. I would definitely stay there again. I really loved the air conditioning on the room as I was visiting during the summer.

May 2025 Paris Trip

Wonderful hotel that is close walking distance to Champs Élysées. Rooms are clean and quiet. The entire staff are very kind and helpful, overall wonderful. My friend and I traveled here and felt very safe our entire stay. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the staff at breakfast; courteous and professional. There were many food items available and they were delicious. Comfortable bed. Showers were awful. 1/2 glass door caused the floor to get wet and slippery. Front desk personnel were very rude when you ask them a simple question. They don't appear to enjoy their job. Will not spend my money there again even though the location is directly off Champs Elysees!

We stayed in a junior suite and is spacious for 3 of us. The hotel provides bedroom slippers which are quite rare for hotels in European countries. For people who likes to shop for branded items, this hotel is a perfect choice as it is located just a few minutes walk from the busiest shopping street and Arc de Triomphe. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our stay there.

I loved the hotel location and the staff especially the concierge and the front desk for me and my family were very friendly and accommodating thank you for a wonderful experience we traveled with our baby and we enjoyed our junior suite room it was perfect for a family . I would stay here again
