Large living room with open kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with all new bedding in 2019, washing machine, dryer, Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Video. Sheets, towels, Coding amenities will be provided.
Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Marais, in the 4th district of Paris, perfect choice to visit Paris, its museums at a walking distance, exhibitions, or to go shopping or enjoy its famous restaurants and bars.
The apartment has been redesigned in 2019: wood flooring, beams, Farrow and Ball paintings and decorated with bright and warm colors, lighting from famous designers, furniture Charles Eames, all around the theme of Street Art, with original works from Di Bona, Toc -Toc ...

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. This is a non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

To make the most of your stay, you will have available:

- A large living room of more than 40m2, with a cozy living room with exposed beams, sofa, coffee tables, dining table, beautiful interior decorations, a new 4k 55 'TV purchased in 2019, Netflix HD and Amazon Prime Video subscriptions fully available to you, a connected high end Devialet speaker and a library.
With an open kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, ironing facilities, Smeg toaster, Smeg kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and cooking utensils.
- A 1st spacious room with a comfortable double bed 140x200 with a new Tediber bedding bought in June 2019, a large wardrobe, bedside tables, night lights and shelves.
- A second bright bedroom with a large double bed 160x200 with new bedding purchased in March 2019 of Beautyrest Luxury collection by Simons, a large wardrobe, tables and bedside lamps.
- A modern and functional bathroom with shower, bath, washing machine, tumble dryer, double sink, storage, mirror, hairdryer and toilet.

The guests particularly appreciate my apartment for its calm thanks to double glazing.
Linen provided: sheets, towels, Nespresso capsules.
NEW - Coding Paris amenities will be provided. Codage is a French cosmetic brand founded in 2010 by a sister and a brother with a unique inspiration from the French pharmaceutical tradition. A 100% French know-how, all Codage products are formulated, made and packaged in the South of France near Nice.
The Codage Spa is at a walking distance from my apartment (please see my guide).
