Check in was horrible. The staff member was rude and made us felt like we were bothering him the whole time we were there. He was very fidgety and uncomfortable with our questions about the hotel rooms, rates and amenities. He just wanted to check us in, give us our keys and away we go. Jimmy at the restaurant was very different. He was extremely accommodating and asked us relevant questions and was genuinely interested with what we were looking for and what we wanted. He was one of the waiters at the restaurant at the main floor of the hotel. So we decided to have our very first dinner at the restaurant. The service was great but the food was average at best. Jimmy sold it though so we still ended up enjoying our meal with his help and advice. Jimmy even gave us certain spots to go and check out nearby. He showed us where to get bottled water and medicine if needed. Overall excellent service. Thanks for everything Jimmy, you’re the best! The cleaning lady, couldn’t make out her name was very friendly and helpful. She didn’t speak English but she really tried her best and was very patient and accommodating. Most of the other waiters at the restaurant were just plain rude and unfriendly. They made it feels that were do not belong there at all. Poor customer service overall. Rooms were small and the bathroom has rust stains on the corner. Soaps and shampoo packed in little individual sachets. Very poor quality. Towels were old and worn out but clean. Beds were old pillows were.

They did not have my reservation when I arrived. The reception area, which is a cafe, was filled with odd-looking, somewhat threatening men and no women. The electric outlet in the room did not work nor did the house telephone nor did the toilet. There appeared to be almost no staff, and it was more like a flop-house than a hotel. The neighborhood felt unsafe, and the hotel made no effort to create a welcoming environment. I found it necessary to leave the hotel and am out the 600 euros paid for the room. Do not stay here. Expedia should be more responsible on what hotels it allows to use its website.

Do not stay here - not worth it

When we arrived they did not have our reservation. We also paid for breakfast but they tried to get us to pay for this again. Do not bother paying for breakfast because the price at booking is different to what they actually charge. You probably will not get any breakfast anyway because there are no staff members. During our stay we did not come across any staff members. No one was at the front desk at any time. The hotel felt very unsafe. We wanted to leave straight away but we did not have anywhere else to go. We booked the hotel for 11 nights but ended up leaving after 5 nights. The nights that we did stay we did not feel comfortable. There was no WiFi, the phone did not work either. The walls are so thin that you can hear the person in the next room using the bathroom. The room was only cleaned twice during our stay. The cleaner said that she would come back on one occasion but never did They also say that they can speak English and French but we did not come across anyone who could speak English. The amenities that were supposed to come with the room were not provided. There was no Coffee/tea maker, electric kettle, 24-hour room service, and free bottled water. These items were all in the itinerary but nothing was provided. The hotel has a restaurant underneath so it is loud and you will not get a good nights sleep here. I also had to use my own clothes as a duvet as the state of the bedding was awful. There were stains everywhere.

Hôtel à fuir… Sauf si vous aimez les surprises. La “suite”, (oui, ils osent l’appeler comme ça) est équipée d’un splendide clic‑clac. Un choix audacieux pour un hôtel. En 25 ans de déplacements, c’est une première. Bravo pour l’innovation. Salle de bain sous mansarde : parfaite si vous rêvez d’un bain allongé, parce que debout ou accroupi c’est impossible, c’est réservé aux contorsionnistes. Ambiance sonore assurée grâce à un sifflement continu toute la nuit. Je vais à l’accueil dans un 1er temps : plus de chambres. J’appelle pour le bruit dans un 2nd temps : “On vous envoie quelqu’un”. J’attends encore. Petit dej : un chocolat chaud, un croissant et un jus d’orange frais… et c’est tout. En résumé : une expérience mémorable. À éviter.

Chambre très propre et agréable…Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est complet (pain frais, viennoiseries, jus d’orange pressé, yaourt, miel, beurre, confiture, pâte à tartiner). Servi entre 6h et 11h. Quartier animé et avec commerces.

Que dire de l hôtel ? Je ne saurai vriament le dire vu qu'une fois notre arrivée notre réservation etait annulée... Soit disant pour l hotel de la faute d expédia... ce dont j'ai des doutes vu que le matin même j'ai reçu un mail d Expedia me demandant comment c'était passé notre arrivée..nous avons dormi dans le airbnb de l'hotel (un peu mitueux) mais propre. Pas de clim pas de gel douche etc. Donc heureusement nous n'avons pas été à la rue mais payer 80 euros pour un airbnb mitueux...
