Maison exceptionnelle, Campagne a Paris

This gorgeous house is situated in a peaceful residential area dubbed "The countryside in Paris". A chic and pleasant neighborhood filled with greenery and home to ex-French president François Hollande. The modern and open floorplan offers 90m2 of space spread over 4 levels with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for 3 or 4 people but can accommodate 5 if necessary.
35 minutes drive to Disneyland Paris and within walking distance to the iconic Père Lachaise cemetery and Ménilmontant.

Quiet and clean location

Everything went fine during our stay. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The location was within 30 minutes of most major attractions and the metro was a short 5-minute walk. The host helped us with any questions we had. The only annoyance was the unit's multiple levels and narrow stairs. They were a bit difficult, especially at night.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in deze accommodatie. Het huis was heel schoon, het contact met de eigenaar was heel goed, de buurt is goed. Heerlijke bakker aan de overkant van de straat en supermarkten op loopafstand. De toeristische plekken zijn goed te bereiken met de metro die ook op loopafstand is.

Hidden Gem

A wonderful unit, situated just few steps away from M3 line at Porte de Bagnolet. Easy access to the city centre (anywhere between 15-30 min) train ride but away from the bustle and the hustle. Ideal place for a family with kids too, spacious living room and lots of nearby markets, bakeries, restaurants for comfortable stay. If you want to experience Paris outside of touristy areas and great living space, this is for you. Hosts Aymeric and Enid are kind and responsive. They are quick to respond and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. As for the actual unit, beds were very comfortable, showers are hot, appliances work without a glitch and temp warm and cozy. Wouldn’t worry too much about the staircase without railings unless you have a child just starting to walk. Easily manageable with watchful Eye. Would for sure be staying here again when we are back in Paris.

Séjour confortable / Excellent Stay

Nous avons résidé à cette résidence pour deux semaines. L'endroit est très propre. La propriétaire était toujours prête à répondre à nos besoins. Elle est très accommodante et soucieuse que notre séjour se passe bien. L'endroit est spacieux pour Paris. La résidence est situé dans un quartier résidentiel bien desservi: pharmacies, restaurants, cavistes, épiceries, fromagerie, boulangeries, etc. C'est parfait. Toutefois, l'appartement est loin des principales attractions touristiques. Néanmoins, les déplacements en métro ou en tramway se font très bien. Les photos sont représentatives de l'endroit. Il y a beaucoup de marches à l'intérieur qui sont étroites - prudence. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Wunderschönes Stadthaus in perfekter Lage

Modern gestaltetes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Großes Plus zwei vollwertige Bäder. Sehr sauber. Angenehme, ruhige Umgebung. Metro, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin, auf Anfragen wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Absolutely Magical

This apartment was so wonderful as and quirky and just full of personality. It was very clean and everything worked perfectly. There is an amazing Boulangerie across the way and we had fresh bread everyday. It was a wonderful neighborhood off the beaten path very close to plenty of grocery shops and cafes but it was also quite simple to get to the more touristy areas. The weather was quite abysmal but hsving such a nice retreat made it really quite okay. Finally our host was so sweet and kind. She really made our stay so nice. I would choose this apartment any time whenever I am able to return to Paris! Hopefully someday!

Cozy spot in Paris

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The host greeted us and gave us a tour, which was nice. The location is nice, a bit far from city center, but a pleasant walk to Pere Lachaise and a short block up from a Metro stop and near a bus line as well. We had only a couple minor issues during our stay—the dryer absolutely does not work. We tried drying a small load for two days and they remained wet. We ended up using the metal grating on the staircase to hang the clothing. Not a big deal, just something to note. The washer worked perfectly. A drying rack would be lovely! The owner did come into our unit when we were not there to tend to a leak from a sunlight and he did not inform us before entering. It ended up being fine, but still felt a little weird returning for the evening. In future, a text would be appropriate just to give notice. The house is well-appointed. Lots of stairs being that there are four floors to the house. My daughters loved the view from the skylight in their attic room and the distance (2 floors) from the main bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet at night and there is a lovely cafe nearby where my husband had his morning espresso.

Fantastic stay, great location

Our stay in Paris for 4 days was made exceptional by this house and the warm attentiveness of our host. The house is situated across from charming shops (including a delicious patisserie) and is less than a 5 min walk to public transit. We loved the split level style that situated one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. It was perfect for group travel. The patio was quite quaint and the furnishing and amenities had everything we needed (except A/C which wasn’t too much of a problem because the temps were in the low 70s and breezy during our visit). This isn’t a negative but more a fact of the style of the space: if you have difficulty with mobility, the stairs might pose a challenge. Both bedrooms require being able to ascend and descend very steep stairs. Will definitely return when we visit Paris again.

Wonderful Home in Relaxed Part of Paris

Three of us spent 8 nights in this apartment and found it very ideal for our stay. We appreciated that it is away from the touristy dense part of town and had a more authentic neighborhood feel. Close to metro, markets, bars, pharmacies, restaurants, all near by. Also an extremely pretty neighborhood adjacent that made for great walks. The best food we had was all within walking distance and included breakfast, dinner, drinks and desserts. The home itself is spacious, light, well furnished and very comfortable. Also is a somewhat innovative layout with fun features such as all the glass. One note, it does have steep and fairly treacherous staircases. Just know that if you are stair challenged this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, unless you need to be smack in the center of it all this place should add much to your stay. As a bonus, the hosts are present, warm, helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable and well cared for during our stay and, of course, look forward to returning !

Logement parfait pour visiter Paris

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette très belle maison. La maison est bien équipée et tout ce dont on a besoin est à proximité (boulangerie, métro, épicerie...) Si nous revenons à Paris, nous serions ravis de revenir. Merci pour tout!

Super cute

The host was great and so was the property! We had a little roof water leak the last day due to a huge storm and he came over at 2am when we got back to look at it and clean up the water. He helped us figure out the public transportation and restaurant recommendations were spot on. Super cute area out of all the hustle and bustle of the big city, great store and a bakery that we hit EVERY SINGLE DAY! If I ever find myself back in Paris I would 100% rent this property if it was available.

Super séjour à Paris

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Merci pour votre accueil et pour le lit d’appoint. Tout à proximité: tram en face, commerces. Tout y est dans cette petite maison à 4 niveaux. Deux chambres bien séparés c’est génial pour voyager avec des jeunes adultes.

Peace and Paris

Here, we experienced the best of both exiting Paris and the safety and tranquility of a quiet neighborhood. Just a block from Line 3 which will take you into the heart of Paris and the Marais or the opulence of Opera, you will find all sights easily accessible. Then after a busy day, you can relax in this fully appointed townhome. Aymeric and his lovely wife are superb hosts offering both accessibility and privacy. We know we will be staying here again!

Paris with design

The place is very well designed and situated, a home away from home. Special extra touch like oils, teas, fresh butter and an excellent patisserie and bakery across the street. Final wow, owners that go the extra mile to tailor your stay to your needs. Merci pour un sejour design!!

Un séjour parfait!

Tout a été parfait. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont adorables et attentionnés. L'emplacement est idéal, proche commerce, métro, tram. Et en plus c'est très calme. Parfait.
