A little gem in central Paris

Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean bedrooms, nice bathrooms, coffee and teas available in rooms and lobby. And air conditioning which was invaluable in a Paris heatwave. A lovely place stay in an excellent location.

Fantastic modern hotel in the heart of the entertainment district. Staff were helpful and attentive, rooms were modern and clean. Brilliant location just minutes away from lots of restaurants, bars and shows. Would stay again.

Excellent choice!

We spent a couple of days with our family to explore Paris. We felt very welcome. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are small (as you would expect in Paris) but clean and well maintained. The breakfast is outstanding. The hotel is well located for a city trip. It is in walking distance from Gare de l‘Est and has restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. A clear recommendation!

Great hotel in the 9ieme arrondissement

I loved this hotel. The rooms albeit small (it is Europe after all) were nicely appointed with good linens, high end soaps, the decor was very nice. I would definitely stay there again

Comfortable Boutique Hotel near amenities

What a delightful boutique hotel located on a relatively quiet side street in the Opera district, a mere stone's throw from the famous Folies Bergere. The Grand Magasins of Galleries Lafayette and Printemps were a 10-minute walk away, and several good-quality restaurants were within easy walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with high-quality bathroom products included. My wife and I shall definitely return to this gem of a hotel.

I stayed here for six nights, and the location was easily accessible, and the price point was great. One recommendation is it would be great to have robes provided and for them to upkeep the water in the lobby because it was always out or was missing glasses, making it hard to have refreshing water. The rooms are small, but they're moderate and updated and I stayed on the sixth floor in room 60 one and it had the most wonderful view at night from the windows! I would recommend this hotel for sure. They're a great bistros and bars and tons of things to do you do!

Great hotel

The hotel I usually stay at was booked so I reserved a room at its sister hotel: The Maxim Opera. I was not disappointed: Great staff: Thank you for upgrading me with a room offering a view to the Sacre Coeur. The room was super clean and a huge plus was that the shower was not tiny as is usually the case in Paris. Breakfast was great and thank you again for allowing me to have mine before regular hours!

Lovely...with a tiny shower!!

Lovely place....teeny tiny room and shower was super small....Paris! For a tall American the shower was a challenge...so the 4 stars are for that...also no English language channels on the TV...so if you want news...learn some French! Overall it was well appointed considering the size they had to work with. Staff was lovely and the lady that oversees the breakfast is lovely!
