Close to the tube. Area is a bit rundown. The hotel does not look attractive from the outside but the interior is nice and so is the breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The beds were comfortable and the person at reception when we checked in was absolutely lovely. However, the property is very run down. The air con didn't work, the shower was faulty, the remote for the TV didn't work, and the luggage storage was very expensive if we checked out early. We also went to the "mini gym" where neither the bike nor treadmill worked and there was no water or towels available. Overall we felt the stay was very expensive for all that the property claims to have and we were very underwhelmed.

Dieses Hotel hat zwei ganz starke Vorteile: 1) die Lage und 2) das Personal Die Lage direkt an der Metro-Station, mehrere Restaurants/Imbisse direkt vor der TĂŒr. Das Personal ist wirklich klasse. Wir hatten 3 Anfragen zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten und wurden jedes Mal klasse beraten bzw. wurden unsere WĂŒnsche jedes Mal erfĂŒllt. Auch das Essen / FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist wirklich gut. Diese StĂ€rken ĂŒberdecken die nicht so schönen Eigenschaften des Hotels. Es ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man in den Zimmern (teilweise dreckige oder kaputte Möbel, Lampen) und auch im Foyer (z.B. uralte durchgesessene Couchen). Leider fubktionierte auch die Klimaanlage nicht, obwohl es in der Buchung stand. Stattdessen hat jedes Zimmer einen Ventilator. Wie gesagt, Lage und Personal sind klasse. Der Rest ist max. Mittelmass.

After paying the staff informed us (3 rooms) that the AC was broken. I had important guest that can not sleep without AC. The hotel refuse to pay back our money. We left and had to check into another hotel with a working AC. How can I get my money back. Ban this place.

I would give a 3.5 overall rating but the poll does not allow a 0.5 addition. That is mostly because the online coordinator upgraded our room to a suite after learning that it was a special event for me and my family. Two separate rooms and an additional half bathroom helped. Place was just a one minute walking distance from nearby Metro station (Porte de Pantin). Safe locality. But a bit away from the main tourist spots. Issue - Air conditioning was broken even before we checked in. They had placed a portable a c in one room. But the front desk did not inform us in advance. When we requested for one more unit in another room late night, they were able to provide only a small tower fan. I suppose it was a case with most hotels in Paris due to excessive record breaking heat levels. And the team on ground was helpless. We finally figured out ways to cool down by keeping windows open. We did not try the breakfast at the hotel. So no comments on that. Fairly clean linen. But the room and bathroom interiors need a major facelift. Newer gen younger kids expected more at the rate we were charged.

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© et payĂ© une chambre triple, Ă  notre arrivĂ©e une chambre double nous a Ă©tĂ© attribuĂ©e, sans lit supplĂ©mentaire. Aucune autre chambre disponible, mĂȘme en payant un supplĂ©ment. La chambre n’avait Ă©tĂ© prĂ©parĂ©e que pour 2 donc 2 oreillers 2 serviettes 2 verres 1 petite bouteille d’eau, impossible d’en obtenir d’autres Ă  l’accueil, il faut les acheter au distributeur. Chambre vĂ©tuste, voire sale, une mauvaise odeur en entrant, pas de climatisation mais deux ventilateurs, l’un extrĂȘmement bruyant, l’autre avec le pied cassĂ©. Une grosse tache d’eau sur la moquette Ă  l’entrĂ©e de la salle de bain, un flexible de douche cassĂ© qui empĂȘchait toute pression, impossible d’accrocher le pommeau sur la colonne, rideaux de chambre tachĂ©s, tapisserie moisie autour des fenĂȘtres. Petit dĂ©jeuner, aucun suivi du rĂ©assort, salle bondĂ©e, 10 mn pour obtenir des Ɠufs brouillĂ©s froids et Ă  peine cuits, 10 autres mn pour du bacon quasi cru. Le personnel est globalement dĂ©sagrĂ©able et peu professionnel. Mention spĂ©ciale pour la responsable de l’accueil, ni aimable, ni disponible, encore moins Ă  l’écoute. Pas de salle Ă  bagages, vous devez payer des casiers. Parapluies a louer. Chaque service est prĂ©texte Ă  un supplĂ©ment. Quant au personnel de mĂ©nage, l’un m’est littĂ©ralement passĂ© devant avec son Ă©norme chariot de linge sale, occupant seul l’ascenseur pendant de longues mn dans les Ă©tages. Il y avait un autre ascenseur mais il n’a pas jugĂ© utile de m’en informer. Une honte pour Mercure

Hotel vieux et vétuste, ne mérite pas 4 étoiles

HĂŽtel vieux et vĂ©tuste, malgrĂ© une rĂ©novation lĂ©gĂšre qui a du ĂȘtre faite Ă  la va vite, cet hĂŽtel n'est vraiment pas du standing d'un MERCURE ! Salles de bains qui fait salle du fait de la vĂ©tustĂ© des installations, baignoire, carrelage... Certaines prises Ă©lectriques de lca chambre ne focntionnent pas, FenĂȘtres en fin de vie et dont le systĂšme de fermeture est cassĂ©, climatisation en panne depuis plusieurs jours (en plein pic de chaleur), sans que l'on en soit informĂ© avant de venir Ă  l'hĂŽtel et sans aucun geste commercial sur place. Petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  21 Euros, hors de prix vu ce qu'il y a ... En rĂ©sumĂ©, A EVITER !

HĂŽtel Ă  fuir. Le nom “Mercure” est une pure arnaque. Rien n’a le standing d’un Mercure ici. On se croirait plutĂŽt dans un Formule 1 bas de gamme. J’aurais sans doute mieux dormi ailleurs. Les lits sont inconfortables, les oreillers de mauvaise qualitĂ©, et la propretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale laisse franchement Ă  dĂ©sirer. On a l’impression d’ĂȘtre dans un 1 ou 2 Ă©toiles mal entretenu. Le parking est un cauchemar. L’entrĂ©e est tellement Ă©troite qu’on dirait qu’elle a Ă©tĂ© conçue pour des Twingos. Impossible d’y accĂ©der facilement. Le personnel est basique, sans effort pour le service. Rien n’est agrĂ©able, rien ne donne envie de rester. Et la cerise sur le gĂąteau : pas de climatisation digne de ce nom. On nous a collĂ© un climatiseur portable bruyant Ă  souhait, qui empĂȘchait tout simplement de dormir. Une vraie honte. À Ă©viter absolument.

Équipe Ă  l’accueil trĂšs sympathique par contre pas de clim en pleine canicule du mois de juin Chambre Ă  la limite de la propretĂ© mais pour 1 nuit ça passe. Rue trĂšs bruyante sans clim il a fallut ouvrir la fenĂȘtre oĂč on a subit jusqu’à 4h00 du matin beaucoup de bruits, cris, circulation

Toujours pas de clim dans cet hĂŽtel pas de prise dans la salle de bain et les portes pour les fermer c’est une vraie galĂšre cet hĂŽtel et au revoir intĂ©gralement. juste un hĂŽtel pour une nuit dĂ©pannage.

Draps froissés, pas de couette, pas de brosse toilette, pas de touillette pour le café, impossibilité d'acheter de l'eau ou autre, bar et resto fermé. Sortie du parking dangereuse. Pas digne d'un hotel Mercure que je fréquente réguliÚrement
