A very good hotel with a friendly staff and a central and quiet location. Cleaning was done daily. There are many restaurants and bakeries nearby, and it's right next to the metro. I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit.

Perfect First Trip To Paris

This was our first trip to Paris, the staff during our stay were fantastic, the facilities great and wow what a location. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The taxi strike caused great difficulty but the staff were helpful. The rooms were small and the shower extremely small. Otherwise the room was comfortable.

It was nice hotel . Ibut breakfast was very disappointing . It was expensive for what you get and the food was not very warm. Would stay here again but not buy breakfast at the hotel.

Ideal for a romantic getaway

We stayed three nights in Paris and the location of this hotel was ideal. Celebrating an anniversary was made even more perfect by thoughtful staff member Madeline. The room was comfortable and had mini bar and balcony and also robes and slippers. The ideal place to stay due to the quality of rooms, location and the exceptional staff.

Very clean, quiet and cozy hotel in a great area with easy access to several subway lines. Our room was small but that’s expected. We had a great view on a big Paris style street. Ideal for a romantic getaway

We stayed three nights in Paris and the location of this hotel was ideal. Celebrating an anniversary was made even more perfect by staff member Madeline who arranged the decoration of our room, a room upgrade and a plate of Macrons. The room was comfortable and had a free mini bar and balcony and also robes and slippers. The ideal place to stay due to the quality of rooms, location and the exceptional staff.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Room was quiet and nicely cleaned. Really good location and it was close to both metro, train station, bakeries and grocery stores. Breakfast was wonderful and affordable. Only downside was small rooms and during our first day they cleaned the carpet so it was wet so the room felt very cold and humid. No heating was on to dry the room. Would stay here again.

I am a bit annoyed that I'm tying to get them to e-mail a receipt for my stay, but can't get a response. That's a huge problem for a business traveler. - which is why the mediocre rating for service, even though the staff on sight were good. Otherwise, Beautiful hotel in a great neigbourhood. I did find the room quite small and shower very small an leaky - but otherwise no issues.

I had a great stay here. It was easy to check in, super friendly and helpful staff, nice accommodations. The lobby and food area are very nice and kept very clean. I did not opt for the buffett breakfast but from the fantastic look of it I would next time. Lots of delicious foods and very clean and well kept. The coffee machine is awesome with lots of options (the hot chocolate one of my faves). Also had a cozy bar area and and lovely outside area with a few seats and tables. The hotel is in an excellent location - near tons of restaurants and shopping, and right across the street from the metro train, which takes you to all the tourist places easily (Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-élysées, Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, etc.). Or you can simply wander the streets near the hotel with lots to see. The only caveat is that the rooms are quite small, and the shower is quite cramped - I kept bumping my elbows when trying to wash my hair. Not suitable for larger folks. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again. Thanks! Mahalo! Merci beaucoup!
