QRコードキーが初めてだったので不安でしたが、問題ありませんでした。エレベーターもパリらしく手でドアをあけ、自動で閉まるタイプ。大人2人とスーツケース2個は一度には無理でしたので、分けて使用しましたがパリのホテルはそんなものかと。滞在中エレベーターが故障して、部屋まで（日本の4階）は少し大変でしたが、私たちがチェックアウトする時には直っていました。故障中はベビーカーなどエレベーターがないと運ばないものはエントランスに放置されていました。休み明けの月曜日には業者とホテルのスタッフがきてすぐに対応していましたので、意外でびっくりしました。専用キッチンにはプレートやカップも種類豊富・調理器具も豊富で自炊には困らないです。冷蔵庫には小さいながらも冷凍庫付き。スーツケース二つ広げても十分な広さで、私たちが泊まったタイプはベッドルームも別でしたのでそこも最高。次回は別の地区の同じ系列ホテルに泊まってみたいと思います。とても満足できる滞在でした！

This was the highlight of our whole month in Europe. We were in room 22 and it was just magic. You feel like you let a Paris in when you open the windows of the living room. No need for the Tv in this apartment. Just look out the Parisiennes windows they face 3 directions. Do yourself the biggest favor and book this.

Thank you for providing coffee and laundry detergent. I would suggest, you emphasize to close the luggage room door behind yourself so not just anyone can access the room. Although I didn’t use the toiletries this time, it would be ideal to make sure they are filled for the next guest especially since you don’t replenish them. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We loved our little apartment. It was very cute and compact, had everything we needed. Loved the funky decor. Beds were comfy, shower was lovely. Just what we needed for a family weekend amidst the bustle of Paris! It did get a little rowdy on the streets late at night in the nearby bars but didn’t bother us. Our kids are 6 and 8 and could manage the stairs and lift, it would be trickier with a buggy! Overall would definitely recommend and return if we come back again.

Excellent location, especially if you want to be close to the main attractions. Just be aware that the rooms are very small, so families with kids might find it tight and may want to consider a bigger apartment. Breakfast is delivered daily in a boxed format to your door, and cleaning services aren’t included in the rate—you’ll need to pay extra if you want the apartment serviced.

予約した部屋は、2ベッドルームにそれぞれクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、ダイニングリビングにもクイーンサイズになるソファーベッドがある、最大6人が宿泊可能な部屋に3人で滞在しました。シャワールームとトイレは2つずつあり、タオルなどの用意も6人分の用意がありました。 キッチンには、電子レンジやトースター、湯沸かし器、コーヒーメーカーの他、食器類は6人分が用意され、洗濯機がビルトインされていました。 6人部屋を3人で使用したので、割高にはなりましたが、広く使えたので家のようにくつろぐことができました。 建物は古いですが、リノベーションされているので、不潔感はありませんでした。 ただ、古い建物に無理やりエレベーターを設置しており、エレベーターは驚きの3角形でしかも広さは1/3畳程度の広さ。3人乗りですが3人乗ると、ギュウギュウです。しかも、チェックインした3日目にエレベーターが故障し、修理には2日間かかっていました。 我々の部屋が、6階（日本でいうところの7階）にあったので、観光後、疲れた体で階段を上るのは苦行でした。 その他、建物と部屋の鍵は、ホテルからメールで配信されるQRコードを光学的な読み取り機にかざすのですが、QRコードの解像度が低く、センサーがうまく反応してくれないことも頻繁にありました。 尚、部屋の掃除やリネンの入れ替えは有料です。ただ、私の場合は、11泊するということから、中日に一度、無料で入れ替えをしてくれました。 ロケーションは、ルーブル美術館から歩いて７～８分のところにあり、また、すぐ近くにChatelet-Les Hallesという駅があり、この駅には8路線の鉄道が交差しているという大きな駅でした。バスの停留所も周辺に多数あり、交通の便はとてもよく、ヴェルサイユ宮殿やフォンテーヌブロー、ルーアンといった郊外にも出かけましたが、大体、1回乗り換えれば、どこにでも行けると言う感じの便利な場所でした。特に今回は、電車・バス1週間乗り放題というチケットを買って移動していたので、とても便利に過ごせました。（ルーアンには乗り放題チケットでは行けません。） また、ホテルのすぐ下には比較的大きなレストランがあり、おそらくホテルの朝食（有料）はここで提供されるのだと思いますが、午前2時ごろまで開店しており、同じ通りにも数件の飲食店が並んでいる関係で、夜でも明るく、人通りが多いため、治安という意味では安心な場所にありました。電車の駅に行く途中、大きな教会があり、その横は、やや薄暗い感じもありますが、その先のショッピングセンターを抱えたChatelet-Les Hallesも明るく、人通りもあるので、夜の10時くらいなら不安を感じることはありませんでした。 その他、大きな駅の近くということもあるのでしょうけれど、半径徒歩10分以内には、無数の飲食店などが並んでおり、サービスアパートメントの周辺だけでも十分に過ごせる感じです。 また、駅には、Monoprixという、スーパーと百貨店の中間のような店舗があり、水、牛乳や果物、生活雑貨の入手も容易でした。駅の建物にも多数、スタバやサブウェイのような店も多数存在しています。 エレベーターの故障さえなければ、最高点をあげても良いと思います。

Great property- would highly recommend! Clean and modern. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Because of that It is a little loud, but we loved being in the middle of it all- but others may not enjoy that as much (just an FYI). Close to transit, shopping, etc. will definitely stay here again. Really great for an extended stay as lots of space, kitchen, etc.

The Views were wonderful!! Upon arrival everything was clean and amazing!! The staff were so helpful . Very easy to store our luggage since we arrived earlier than check- in . Because of our early arrival and to our excitement they had our Apartment ready for us a couple earlier than expected and did their best to accommodate. Absolutely fabulous location!!! Apartamento muito bem localizado, com muitos restaurantes bacanas ao lado, um shopping e muitas lojinhas, além de ser 5min a pé do Louvre. Ficamos em uma unidade com um quarto mais um sofá cama na sala, além de cozinha completa, ar condicionado ótimo e até máquina de lavar roupas. Cama com bons lençóis. Banheiro com bom chuveiro. Nao tem serviço de quarto durante a estadia (não há funcionários no local, somente da limpeza e tudo é feito por email). O prédio tem um elevador bem pequeno (na chegada e na saída só couberam as nossas malas), mas que já ajuda bastante. Viajamos com crianças e foi perfeito! Não tivemos nenhum problema em acessar o local através da chave QRcode que mandam no e-mail. Super recomendo.

Other than a brief challenge getting access to my room, the experience was great! Communications were quick and helpful. The location was amazing-walking distance to pretty well everywhere we wanted to visit including great restaurant options, landmarks, the metro system, etc..

Located in the safest 1st arrondissement in Paris, the nearest metro station is a 3-minute walk away. Châtelet – Les Halles station offers excellent transportation, and a large shopping mall is also located nearby, making it very convenient. The accommodation was exactly as pictured and is a great place to enjoy the typical Parisian scenery every day. It is close to many tourist attractions, so I highly recommend it to other travelers.
