The hotel was good in terms of facilities and staff however there was no hot water for 3 days and no water at all for one day meaning nobody could shower. The AC was also very hot and was not cold enough for the weather meaning sometimes it was hotter inside than outside!

パリ市内の観光に最適でコストパフォーマンスの良いホテル。 パリ中心地までメトロで20分だし、ホテルが終点駅だから迷子にもならない。アクセスは十分なのに中心地に泊まるよりずっと安く泊まることが出来ます。 歩いて5分の所にあるパン屋さんは美味しいし、隣にランドリーもあります。 1番近い駅のすぐそばに大きめのショッピング施設があるので、大型スーパーでのお買物も出来ます！ ホテルそのものはロビーも広い、エレベーターの台数も多い、バーの人は優しいし、ジムもある。 客室は広めだった。同じ値段やグレードのホテルに比べてもかなり広めのバストイレ別。素晴らしい！鏡も大きいし備え付けのテーブルも広くて最高だった

Notre passage dans cet hôtel etait tres bien ,la chambre etait spacieuse, le seul soucis vitre extérieure sale mais je pense que cest un prestataire extérieur qui doit les faire ,pti dej super bon et lacceuil en bas est trop joli, les prix dans le distributeur de nourriture exorbitant mais ça dépanne.

I don't recommend going out at night or early in the morning. The room on the 7th floor was okay, but the room on the 2nd floor was not so good. The service varies greatly depending on the staff.

The experience in this hotel was mot really good. We requested a room changed and they gave us a room for the disabled, faucets were so hard to turn that I wonder how a person with disability will be able to handle that. We stayed at Novotel for 5 days 4 nights, we never had AC although they said the AC was ok, I requested a fan to not succes. The cleaning crew did not do a good job, pieces of french fries on the carpet were never picked up, that was left there from the former guests. They did not put clean towels and also the coffee stirring stick were never replaced.

Globalement l’hôtel est assez bien, mais doit être rafraîchi pour lui redonner un aspect accueillant. L’environnement en revanche est moyen, mais il est compensé par la présence de métro et du tram pas très loin. Super petit déjeuner

I suggest the hotel improve the room facilities, especially the bathroom. It's unpleasant. The air conditioning doesn't cool, and they cut off the water supply, so we couldn't shower on the last day of our stay. It completely overshadows the experience, considering how beautiful the city is, because it's not up to par. Sugiero al hotel a mejorar las instalaciones de las habitaciones pero sobre todo del baño, no es placentero, el aire acondicionado no enfria y cortaron el suministro de agua no nos pudimos bañar el ultimo dia de nuestra estancia. Opaca 100% la experiencia con lo hermosa que es la ciudad por no estar a la altura

Bei der Ankunft sieht alles im Empfang erstmal sehr modern und ordentlich aus. Die Zimmer sind es jedoch nicht. Alles sehr veraltet und runtergekommen. Toilette viel zu klein. Im Bad viel Schimmel. Haben auch die falschen Kärtchen für das Frühstücksbuffet bekommen, was wir jedoch erst nach dem zweiten Tag bemerkten. Der Standort an sich ist gut. Nah an der Metro. Man kommt günstig in die Stadt.
