Most importantly the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming (especially reception) the hot breakfast on this stay wasn’t particularly great, the potato was very hard and undercooked, room service food wasn’t particularly great either but that may just be down to my tastes

The facilities were clean, staff were very helpful and the spa was lovely. The kitchenette in the room and late pool opening times were very useful when coming back late in the evening. The shuttle to Disney works really well. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely time we had on our stay on our honeymoon. Every thing was great the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room service was amazing and really enjoyed it. Room was always so clean and comfortable. Really recommend this place. Will definitely be back in the future and have a great time.

Awesome place to stay especially if you are visiting Disneyland Paris! They have a free shuttle to and from the parks. There is air conditioning and a wonderful pool! I was so happy to have stayed there.

I truly can’t fault this hotel in any way. They were very accommodating with every question I had as I don’t believe “no” exists in their vocabulary. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and the rides to Disneyland are stress free. If my work hadn’t booked us at another hotel I would advocated to stay here the entire time. I appreciate how they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I’ll be back.

Warm welcome from Claire when we arrived. She took time to explain all amenities and facilities in the hotel. Room was spotlessly clean, and kept that way daily. Plenty towels. Nice Nuxe toiletries. Having a small kitchen area was an unexpected bonus. Good aircon. Room was quiet, even though we faced onto main road. Spa facilities looked great, though we didn't have time to use them. Transport to/from Disney was very helpful. All staff we encountered were a credit to the hotel. Hope to return soon!

We stopped in a Executive junior suite and was disappointed with how tired and old the room was, kitchen cabinets were practically hanging off, all wood scratched and the bathroom was a real let down with an unclean toilet on check in and huge tile falling off on the bath, rust and holes around the bath also to the point none of use wanted to bathe in it. Beds were comfortable, shuttle service good, spa facilities good. Rooms are a let down and not worth it for the price that we paid for the hotel. The check in service was also incredibly slow.

The staff were amazing. Our room check at check in delayed us for a while but the team kindly gave us a drinks voucher to let us wait in the bar. The room and facilities were amazing and great value. The concierge were also very helpful with checking in luggage prior to check-in and about the shuttle service to Disneyland

Beautiful room with a huge bed, we slept very well. Excellent location, 20 minute walk to Disney and a 5 minute walk to the Main Street with shops and restaurants. Great that you can access the spa everyday as a guest.

Very convenient room for Disneyland Paris. The free shuttle (on demand) is a real plus. And the Kitchenette is perfect for small meals or snacks which was great for us with a two year old. One day we were left without any towels but otherwise very good and would stay again.
