Located in the city centre of Les Lilas, at the gateway to Paris, all shops are nearby. Just 15 minutes by metro from the heart of the capital, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while remaining calm in a tree-lined street. Unless you decide not to take advantage of Les Lilas and its village atmosphere: the Lucie Aubrac municipal park will seduce you, and the restaurants in the surrounding streets will delight you. Don't miss La Couscoussière, a Moroccan restaurant with a very good cuisine, L'Atmosphère and its daily changing menu, or Le Barolo, a real Italian restaurant.
