    10 min walk to Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center and 3 min to Tram T2. The T2 goes to La Défense in 25 min.

    Located near Paris, the accommodation is bright and is composed of a living room with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a beautiful lounge area to relax after an intense Parisian day. The accommodation has a BALCON which will be very appreciated in winter as well as in summer. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay, namely : Coffee machine, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Parking, Dishwasher, Elevator.

    You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share with you my favorites!
    Cleaning is carried out before and after each rental.
    A coin-operated washing machine is located on level -1 of the residence.
