  • Comfortable newly renovated 1-Bedroom studio on the last floor with balcony and elevator. Panoramic view overlooking the roofs of Paris and sunrise view right from the very comfy bed! Balcony with table and chairs, perfect for lunch. The Art Deco building is in a cute cobbled street and was an hotel in the '30s. Very calm neighborhood with grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants close by. You're 1 block away from "La Campagne à Paris", the most picturesque and secret neighborhood in East Paris.
