Fabulous star

Lovely apartment in Paris, easy access to the city. One squeaky bed needs fixed, but had a fantastic stay overall. Would stay again, great views of the city too.

Olympic trip

We visited Paris for the Olympics with the family, there was 8 of us. We stayed at this property for 3 weeks. The property is in an ideal location, very safe and beautiful area. The house was just as the pictures, or even better, with an amazing terrace in the back with views of the Eiffel Tower at a distance. Serge, the property manager with excellent to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

The Best Trip with Family

We stayed for 1 week and we had a great time. The place is near train station and bus station. The view is amazing. You can see the Eiffel tower in the balcony. There is shopping Mall around 15 minutes to walk. RER A is also there if you plan to go to Disneyland. Metro 1 going to Paris center too. We just love the place and the owner is very friendly. You can always ask him it is no problem.

Large and comfortable

The communication with our manager Serge was excellent ! He even took the time to ensure we had a hairdryer in the apartment and checked in on us before arrival with instructions and advice . The apartment beds are very comfortable. The apartment was clean . It took about 15-20 minutes to walk to La defense metro stop. There is very good security getting into the building if you are traveling alone or with children . You have a great view of the Eiffel Tower from the extreme large uncovered deck . It rained the week we were there so we didn’t get to use the deck as much as we would have like to, but if you book in the Spring and summer it would be an amazing place to have Al fresco dining . Plenty of bakeries in the area, including one directly on the first floor of the building complex, and a good Italian restaurant around the corner if you want good food but don’t want to travel into Paris .

A property that has the potential to be very good

Communication with the host was very good. We were easily able to get into the apartment. The location was very good but a bit difficult to get into Paris on the Puteaux line. The train station was close, but the trains don’t run as often as they do in Paris. We did find a lot of cafés and good restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay however, the apartment was not very clean. There was food in the refrigerator and you could tell that there wasn’t much attention spent on cleaning the floors or kitchen counters. There was not enough toilet paper. there were no hand towels. There were no regular pillows only the decorator pillows and we had to scrounge to find pillowcases. There were no flat sheets on the beds. There were no Kleenex’s and no trash bags. Again, the property had really good balconies, and was just shy of being a great place to stay in the business district.

Good location on a budget

Just three stops on the bus or a short walk from La Defense Metro, Puteaux is a clean, modern and green district. The top floor apartment is accessible by a small lift and there are great views from the balconies. The road is a bit noisy and currently there is some building work but the windows are double glazed. The apartment itself is modern but minimal. Only a few clothes hangers, no coat hooks etc. The kitchen is a good size but limited countertop space and not suitable for cooking full meals. The oven doesn't work well and although there are plenty of pans, they are not all suitable for use on the induction hob. However, there is a kettle, toaster and microwave. Everything needed a good wash before use and although there is a dishwasher, there were no tablets, washing liquid or tea towels but there is a local store just round the corner where we bought these. There are two bathrooms but if you want a bath, bring a universal plug and also note there is no hook for the showerhead attachment in the second bathroom. We couldn't work out the heating but there are fans that can be used in the bedrooms and with the shutters down we could leave the windows open. There are also oil filled radiators provided for when it is a cold. The cleanliness isn't great and the beds desperately need replacing (one broken, all a bit squeaky) but for a short trip to visit Paris it was fine. In summary, a good location, but a bit basic and needs some TLC.

Beautiful space close to store and the metro

This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities you would expect at home. It is with in walking distance of a grocery store, the local train line, malls, and main metro. The proximity if the metro made it ideal for our needs to be near LA Defense and our desire to go into the heart of Paris. The host of very helpful and responsive.

Amazing property- loved it!

The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful apartment in a very family friendly Puteaux neighborhood. You can see the Eiffel Tower twinkle at night from a huge balcony. It is very safe and secure. It is spacious and has everything you need. My family loved it! There is a bakery downstairs in the next building full delicious baked goods, 2 grocery stores nearby, restaurants- 10-15 min walk and the train station. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful property with a view

The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing from the large balcony where we enjoyed dinner several nights. It is a very quiet, family friendly area with a ton of parks nearby. There is a lovely patisserie below where we bought croissants and baguettes most mornings. There are 2 grocery stores, a mall, and some wonderful restaurants in Puteaux. The metro and train station are easily accessible to get to Paris. Serge was super helpful and brought over fans for the hot summer nights. I highly recommend a stay.
