Location is top, could not ask for a better one. Walking distance from all. However, left with no toilet paper or clean towels no matter how many times I asked.
Would still go back
Great location, the building is quite warm but the fan was on when we got into the room and helped cool everything down. The staff were also very helpful
Great for staying a couple nights. Ideal location.
No reception, not obvious that it is the front door of the apartments. N

Great centralized location for Paris if seeing all the sights in the old city. Had a difficult time finding the unit but got help once we called the number. The space worked well for just coming back to rest and sleep.
Good facilities and well located - sadly a lot of construction next door so no chance of sleeping in … kitchenette well equipped and useful - bed too short and not very wide
Great location for this studio.
It worked out great.
I got a bit worried at check in as there is no front desk and the email sent to me went to spam. So a few minutes of worrisome.
I absolutely loved my stay. The location is hard to beat, with so much of Paris within walking distance, and having my own apartment gave me the freedom to experience the city at my own pace.
I did have some minor delays and issues during check-in, but the management team was always available, responsive, and worked to correct everything as quickly as possible. I really appreciated how they handled the situation.
Once settled in, I loved having my own space and the convenience of the kitchen. As a solo traveler, it was a great balance between independence and knowing someone was available if I needed assistance.
Despite the initial check-in hiccup, I genuinely loved staying here. It felt like having my own little home in Paris, and I would absolutely stay again.
We were initially a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable our stay was. The room was clean, and the location was excellent, providing a great base from which to explore Paris. The hotel was also very quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise from other guests.
Although there is no reception on site, the staff were extremely responsive and helpful over the phone. The access codes provided worked without any issues, making entry to the property straightforward and hassle-free.
There is no dedicated luggage storage room however, we were told we could leave our bags in the room from while the cleaners were carrying out their work.
One small suggestion would be to provide a pen in the room, as the tourist tax must be paid in cash and the details recorded on an envelope.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place in a fantastic location for exploring Paris.
Don't understand the negative reviews.. the hotel was very very well located, very clean, with clean sheats and towels. Nicely furnished kitchen and helpful helpline.
Property conveniently located amongst city centre, attractions, and train stations. Shope and restaurants close by (note they charge tourist prices much higher) No air conditioning, place was not clean when we got it in, dirty floor and bathroom. Virtual concierge not ideal if you needed to deal with something right away. You just did it yourself.
Central & convenient, safe & secure , small compact apartment just the job as a place to stay to visit all the main tourist attractions

It was a bit hard to find there was no address on the door. Great communication from the staff with codes via email, no staff on sites. A bit of a musky smell in the hotel. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants, walkable to many attractions

All good. Very nice located hotel at the shopping area. Very beautiful and comfortable place
The hotel is closely located to most of Paris’ iconic monuments, it’s easy to get around and close to public transport. The neighbourhood is close to bakeries, restaurants and shops. However the hotel itself is in rough condition. The bedsheets had stains on them. The towels were so old you couldn’t tell if it was just old or really dirty. The building smells horrible, a putrid smell in the hallways. It’s really unfortunate as the property has so much potential, but it is very overpriced and very unclean. I do not mean to be unkind but it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I didn't like that there was no reception, but rather a self - check-in system, which i wasn't warned about. To get in, you need to know a bunch of individual door codes, which you have to receive by email. Older people have a hard time with new technologies. I had a problem with email : there wasn't any information about this, and I was very stressed because I couldn't get into the hotel or my room. But the your customer support helped me, and everything worked out. I liked the room itself. It's comfortable and clean, and there's even a kitchen with everything you need
But it's hot and stuffy in the room and also very hot in the corridor and the elevator.
Close to everything one might want to visit..walkable and handy to the Metro. Clean, quiet, shower was hot. Access to places to eat easily. Staff I met were welcoming.
