Brilliant stay at ze hotel had all amenities and even had things you didn't even realise you needed! Very friendly staff and felt very safe and secure with someone always on reception. Good location, there's a bakery and convenience store around the corner.

I had a fantastic stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. They let me leave my luggage early in the morning and when I came back to pick up something my room was ready way ahead of schedule. Only downside was that the toilet placement made it awkward to do my business but that’s probably more to do with my Australia sized behind.

Tucked away in a relatively quiet side street, reception is always staffed. Lucky I had checked Google maps beforehand so knew what to look out for. About 15 min walk from Gare du Nord. Our premium room was a good size (for Paris), excellent wifi signal. Breakfast was outstanding, individual serving of boiled egg, fruit salad, ham and cheese, crepe, yogurt with coulis, bread, jams and spreads, croissants, pain au choc, fresh orange juice and coffee. Location is just below Montmartre hill, about 5 mins walk from several metro stations. You can see the Sacre Coeur from about 100m away from the hotel. Area is hilly, but nothing too extreme. Good value restaurants around, if you like to explore.

Lovely room and very comfy bed, slept very well. Twice had to wait on the street though as front door was locked and had to ring bell and wait several minutes for staff to open up. Shower was nice and hot but screen was only about a foot long so plenty water on the floor - Bottle of wine that was meant to come with booking also never materialised- good value for location

Very nice but at a price

The hotel is a lovely, boutique hotel with super friendly staff. It is located in a quiet street that is close to Cadet metro and all the amenities you need to hand. It is also within 15 mins walk of Gare du Nord. The room I had was comfortable and clean. The facilities are starting to show their use, but that is a quibble. I do think they could provide more than just a couple of bottles of water given the price of the room. You can also hear people passing your room very clearly. The prices of Paris hotels are steep, but I would say that I was charged an excessive amount, but apparently it was Paris Fashion Week? An opportunity to inflate prices? The receptionist, a young woman from Albania, was a delightful person, very friendly and positive.

Ottima posizione Camera abbastanza pulita Bagno non pulito bene e scomodo. Per stare sul wc dovevi sederti di traverso. Nessun upgrade, anzi una stanza era inferiore a quella prenotata. Completamente dimenticato il benvenuto della categoria prenotata (bottiglia di vino) Receptionist al check in molto poco “accogliente”. Peccato perché la posizione è perfetta ed anche se è un piccolo hotel mettono impegno nel servizio colazione. Sulla camera tranne il bagno (il secondo giorno niente rimpiazzo asciugamani) la camera era pulita e carina ma molto più piccola di quella prenotata.
