"From the moment we arrived at Seven Park Hotel, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, especially Rossana. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like family. "It's a basic hotel with limited amenities, no fridge in the room. Breakfast was limited but OK. Reception staff, especially Erja were very helpful. The restaurant Riccardo attached to the hotel has very good pizzas and generally good food, even though waiting staff seemed to be fed up most of the time. Since we were here mainly to experience the outdoor scenery the hotel did it's job. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom."

"Check in was a challenge. The self service check in which I assume to be automated did not work. It was only through the help of onsite housekeeping staff that i was able to get help and check in. Room was great and stocked well."

"The room was very modern, clean and spacious. It had a kitchen where we could cook basic things and there is a supermarket a short distance away. The rooms are in a series of low rise blocks, really nicely designed and set out with little pathways and sculptures. Our terrace had a great view of the mountains. We stayed 3 nights and used the regular post bus to get to Tiefencastel station for the train or to Chur. The spa is open in the early evening and it's great to use the outdoor jacuzzi and other facilities. We visited in the summer and it felt quite quiet, like an out of season ski resort. This was the cheapest place we stayed in Switzerland and also the best. Highly recommended"
