There is no better property from which to enjoy the largest ski resort in the USA -- we are pleased to present our Sundial Lodge 1 Bedroom.
Sundial Lodge boasts both premier location and premier amenities, as such, it is no surprise that the property has won Conde Nast's Reader's Choice award, putting Sundial Lodge among the top 25 properties in the US West and #1 in Park City, and been recognized by Forbes as one of "The 30 Best Ski-In And Ski-Out Resorts In The World For 2022".
In terms of location, there is simply no more convenient location than Sundial Lodge from which to enjoy Park City's 7300 acres of terrain. When you stay at Sundial you are at the very heart and center of the resort plaza. The property adjoins the main Red Pine gondola, houses the resort ski school, ski rentals, and ski shop, and wraps around the forum which is the hub of apres ski activity. No "near" or "close" to the lifts as many others promise, Sundial Lodge IS the very heart and center with NO OTHER PROPERTY MORE CONVENIENT to both skiing/boarding and resort plaza amenities including apres ski activities for adults and children alike, restaurants, shops, free concerts and more. Enjoy concerts in spring and summer. Summer enjoys the golf course, ziplines, mountain biking, hiking, and much more (all just out the door).
Meanwhile, the property has the amenities to deliver the superior experience you are looking for. From the circular entrance with sparkling lights to greet you upon your arrival, to bell service (seasonal) to assist you with your luggage, and to the front desk to assist you with your check-in. The property has a year-round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (both pool and roof level), relaxing gas fire pits (both pool and roof level), a gym, luxury ski check with boot dryers, complimentary wifi, paid underground parking, and more.
To complete the experience, ours is one of the best one-bedrooms at Sundial.
To start with the unit is larger than most other Sundial one bedrooms with a larger bathroom and larger living room. Combine that with the best sofa bed money can buy -- an American Leather Comfort Sleeper, with no springs, no bars, and no sagging (rather a platform) it sleeps just like a real bed, in king size no less -- and the unit can comfortably accommodate two couples or a family.
Moreover such is an upgraded unit (and not a partial upgrade like most Sundial units, the bath for example has ALL natural stone, not just granite countertop, but also travertine floors and shower).
And the unit is ideally located, on another side of the building from the forum (thus quiet if you are not interested in such activities), looking at the pool and twinkling lights (winter).
Living area with fireplace, door to balcony, 50-inch flatscreen TV, DVD, internet TV access (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.), dock for your music, the American Leather Comfort Sleeper in King size, seating at both table and bar, windows looking out at the pool.
The full kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with everything to enjoy eating with family and friends. Details matter and we go over and above standard with everything from the quality of the silverware, to the provision of both drip coffee and Keurig is standard for the property.
The bedroom features a king bed with a luxury duvet and linens, flatscreen TV.
You will find a larger bath with all-natural stone (granite and travertine), a heated floor, a deep soaking tub, and a rainshower shower head.
The balcony overlooks the pool and picture-perfect twinkling lights (winter).
Moreover, you will enjoy little luxury touches that make a difference --from luxury robes to luxury L'Occitane amenities, to luxury high thread count duvet and linens -- little things that are unique to our unit as we try to go the extra mile and deliver a superior experience.
And as noted, immediately out the door you will find your skiing/boarding (Red Pine Gondola right out the door; heated Orange Bubble Chair just beyond), main resort ski shop and rental (located right in Sundial, ground level with exterior entrance), ski school, restaurants (from the top-rated The Farm to the casual Umbrella Bar to The Bistro at Canyons which features a Kosher menu), etc. In spring and summer free concerts, and the new Canyons golf course.
And while you have the largest ski resort and all that Canyons Village has to offer at your doorstep, if you want to venture beyond (Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, etc.) note that free bus/shuttle stop is conveniently located just a few steps from Sundial.

Loved this condo! We come to Park City once a year and have stayed in several locations. This is pretty unbeatable when it come to convenience. Definitely recommend.
Cannot beat the location, steps to the Gondola and plaza. Unit was spacious enough for a family of 4 and ski gear but had to be a bit creative working out of suitcases due to limited dresser/storage. Unit was in good condition, everything worked except the Roku. A bit caught off guard with no housekeeping included, but the laundry in-unit was a livesaver. Overall would recommend.
This condo is located in a fantastic location if you are bringing a family to a ski vacation. The unit close to the ski valet, hot tub and gondola. I highly recommend for any ski trip!

Nice property. Kristin was my point of contact and was very responsive and helpful. Great Location to the gondola. Property is nice and clean. Would stay again.
The place was great for 2 people, could fit up to 4 but it would be cramped. Bed was big and comfy and the pull out couch is good. Kitchen had everything. Super easy access to parking garage and the mountain.

Perfect location, 5 star condo
We loved your condo at the Sundial. The location was perfect for skiing with kids. Your condo was clean and full of everything we needed for the week. The ski valet is such a nice bonus after a long day of skiing. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tubs on the third floor. We bought stuff to roast smores which the kids loved!
We definitely would recommend the condo and the owner, Brad, was a huge help and very professional!
I've done several VRBO properties and this was true to it's description. The photos posted are always misleading, making a place look much larger than it really is. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable, especially considering the fold out couch. They really could use a dresser for clothing, or the wall cabinet could easily have 2 shelves installed and that would help that problem. The location is very convenient, easy to walk to and from the gondola and rental services. We had a few TV issues, but the property management were there 10 minutes after I called and solved the problem. The unit is a corner unit, but it's an inside corner and the unit next door is a little close and faces you. Otherwise, it was a nice unit and I would recommend it for convenience, not as much for size and space.
Enjoyed our stay, couldn't ask for a better location. The view was of the pool and other condos, not a mountain view as stated in the title, but that was really the only negative about this place. Would consider again for next trip.
Property is as advertised, direct access to lifts, rentals, ticketing. We were a group of 3 and there was just enough space, more would be really tight- at least for what we pack. Loved the helpful hints/suggestions forwarded by the owner @ transportation, groceries, etc. Very satisfied with our vacation
Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. The bedroom was small but perfectly adequate. The location was excellent - easy access to Kimball Junction and the town of Park City. There was a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area but it didn’t impact our stay. I would recommend the condo for a single person or couple looking for easy access to skiing in the winter and for hiking, biking and other activities in the spring, summer and fall.

My wife and I enjoyed our week stay in this condo. Only minor negative was the short detour due to construction, but that should be gone soon and did not taint the condo accommodations. We were very comfortable there. Secured parking was a plus. Pool, big grassy activity area, free concerts and shops were all fun and enjoyable features. Close to bike paths, downtown Park City, lift rides and hiking. Grandkids really enjoyed Olympic Village. There was something for everyone. I would rent this condo again. Thanks for making it available.
I stayed here for three weeks in September. The apartment was great, the host was responsive and the greater resort is the perfect location. I would definitely stay again!
The location was the best! Great access to the plaza with Excellent restaurants and Hiking/biking trails. The condo was very nice And well stocked. Could use some new bed pillows and a more supportive couch. Otherwise, perfect!
The condo is located close to the pool, golf course and So close to mountain bike trails! The front desk associate was very helpful in storing our bikes!
