Walk across the street to hop onto Park City Town Ski Lift, or to the free shuttle to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain base, grocery stores, day spas, fitness centers, and for thrills Utah Olympic Park. Ski/hike/bike into Town Lift and be home! Choices, choices, choices! Easy access by car as well as shuttle, and our building provides secure underground parking if you choose to drive in the Park City area.

Winter wonderland/Summer fun........: Park City is home to 2 world class ski resorts; Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort. The resorts and surrounding areas offer miles of runs from beginner to double black diamond bowls on Utah's famous powder for winter and miles for summer hiking and biking. The condo is awesome! The location is great and Coleen, the owner, is great to work with. We will definitely stay here again! Everything in the condo, furniture, appliances, dishes, etc. is new and upscale. It is in perfect condition. I can't say enough good things about this condo!

What an amazing place to enjoy Christmas break! Right on Main Street and next to Town Lift. The entire condo is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Owner and property management are so accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of and our stay was enjoyable. Would love to return!

AMAZING CONDO!

Had an amazing time in Park City for a long weekend. This condo is in the perfect location on Main Street. We were on the ski lift within 5 minutes and could not be more convenient. Colleen and her property manager were wonderful to work with, excellent communicators. The condo has everything you can need, was cozy, warm, and exceptionally clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo in a Great Location

We have rented many condos near or on main street. This condo is in a great location and beautiful inside. It is much larger than it shows on the pictures. One minor issue came up and was handled very quickly. The living room is amazing and the electronics work better than any condo I have rented.

Park City - ultimate location & quality!!

Fabulous two bedroom unit in heart of Main Street commercial and transportation linear corridor. Underground parking, easy access to quiet building from stairs/elevator, Town Lift our back door, ski rental on ground floor and simple bus access all day long - a few of many attributes! Only negative is sound/cold weather inefficiency of perimeter walls & windows. We look forward to many more visits in winter and summer! Coleen is super easy to work with and informative.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location is perfect for hopping on the town lift to ski and for exploring Historic Park City. We were within walking distance of shops & restaurants, and even rented our skis at the shop in our building. The condo itself is the best supplied condo I have stayed. The humidifiers were most appreciated. Our only other comment for future renters is that there is some noise coming from the street at night, and that there is also quite a bit of light coming in the shades at night from the street lights. Other than that it is a fabulous place to stay.

great property and location

The condo was everything we expected it to be, it was beautifully decorated, very comfortable to stay and a super location for all the restaurants and shopping, as well as a short walk to the lift. The unit was well maintained and supplied very efficiently. I felt like I was going to my home away from home. the only thing I was concerned about was the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes very well and lots of spots, not sure how to remedy that. Otherwise it was an awesome trip!!! Thanks for opening up your beautiful home to us.

A Can’t Miss!

What a fantastic place. Everything that you hoped for in a family ski trip. My husband and 2 teenage boys stayed at this location for spring break this March. Less than a half block from the Town Lift. At the end of the day you can ski almost to the door of the condo. There is a ski locker right outside of the condo door for storage that is perfect. The condo had everything you could think of even humidifiers. Beautifully decorated and spotless. Colleen has everything buttoned up and gets back to you immediately with any questions. All along Main Street there are restaurants and bars. We didn’t rent a car so this was a great location because we walked to dinner every night. I did see a previous review that stated it isn’t a quiet location. I agree- the activity in the streets below starts early with snow removal and ends late with people walking home from bars. We love the city vibe and had no problem with that. But it is noisy. This is a 5 star location and condo.

Beautiful condo, great location

What an amazing condo to spend time in! From the moment we booked to the time we checked out everything was smooth and easy. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and address any issues we had prior to and during our stay. The condo itself is amazing! We had 2 couples and the bedrooms are both large and separated by the common living space. So many large windows everywhere to check out the happenings on Main Street in the front as well as getting the view of the mountainside trail coming down to Town Lift in the rear. The balcony is spacious and makes for a great photo spot. Modern, comfortable furniture throughout. Quality appliances and electronics. Oh- and the bath towels are fluffy and soft! The uderground parking was a big plus as it snowed almost 20 inches in 2 days during our stay. Location on Main Street is perfect for a quick walk to Town Lift for skiing as well as to the amazing restaurants and shopping. Later in the evening we did hear the pedestrian street noise and early in the morning we could hear the snow plow and delivery truck noise but it definitely wasn't bad enough to keep us from wanting to stay here again in the future. Using the sound machine app on our iPad did a great job of cancelling out any outside noise.

Perfect for our family ski trip

This place is amazing and is 100% as advertised. From booking through checkout, everything was seamless and the hosts and communication were great. Ideal location to hit the slopes from the Town Lift and then dine in the evening, all without needing to get in the car. Cannot recommend enough!

Great condo w/ easy walk to Town Lift

The condo is in great condition and came stocked with the basics for a 5 day stay. Location is perfect for walking to the Town Lift and to dinner after skiing. Only waring we have is that Main Street can be noisy at night and early morning, but our white noise app on our phone drowned it all out!

Perfect location

This is our second year at this property and we love it. It is the perfect location for shopping, restaurants, and the ski lift. We love the underground parking and downstairs access to ski rentals. It couldn't be better!

Perfect all around!
