This inviting 1,550-square-foot retreat is ideal, offering a one floor layout designed for relaxation and convenience beginning with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 guests in beds. A sofa sleeper located in the living room offers additional sleeping.

Air Conditioning:
While this home doesn't feature central air conditioning, you can stay comfortable by opening the windows at night to welcome in the crisp mountain breeze. In the morning, simply close the windows and blinds before sunrise to help maintain a cool indoor temperature throughout the day.

Units include three, four, or five bedrooms, a stone fireplace, complimentary wifi, a one-car garage, and a southern-facing deck with stunning views of Deer Valley Resort. Several provide hot tubs. You also have easy access to all the activities of Park City by way of the free Park City bus system, which has a stop nearby on Deer Valley Drive.
