The location makes this place very appealing. It’s walking distance to the Payday and Crescent lifts. I’d definitely recommend this location. Rooms are good but not great.

Location was perfect, the apartment was clean and perfect size. the only thing I was uncomfortable with was the noise the heater makes all day, it’s inside the main bedroom. Bad location.

We haved stayed here many times and enjoy the location to Park City Resort base area. Easy to walk from here to the base area where there is a transportation hub to go to other parts of town. The units are individually owned, so there is some variability when staying here, but we've never been unsatisfied.

Very outdated place

The stay was ok. the main room was spacious and being on the ground level was convenient. Doesn't seemed to be cleaned very well. There are a lot of outdated spots and we found towels and clothing up on the closet shelves. There was a big hole in the screen door by the handle.

Very great location. Easy access to slopes. The apartment is spadeful and has all the things you need/ very well equipped. There is a ski rental place in with which was extra comfortable. Ubering to restaurants was convenient and inexpesive. Highly recommend.

Can’t find a better location

Ben at the front desk was fantastic and got me into a great room early. The hotel is a bit shabby in places but is clean overall and definitely ideally located. The free parking underneath the building is a treat. There is no hot tub, simply a lukewarm wading pool. Utah Ski & Golf is a terrific family-owned ski equipment rental and retail shop, conveniently located in the lobby.

This property is perfectly situated across the parking lot from the Park City Mountain resort. The interior is clean but the rooms desperately need updating. Decor is tired and outdated. Bathrooms are barely functional. And getting from rooms to the parking garage and back sends one through an impossible maze of hallways, stairs and elevators. For such an ideal location, I wish someone would give the property a much needed makeover.

The location is excellent and the space inside is very good. It was clean and well stocked with the basics. It would be nice to have 2 queen size beds in the one room rather than two double beds. Indoor parking is great. The front desk was not real helpful on arrival about how to find our unit or where to park (only the lower level). The only complaint is the furnace fan that sounded like a truck with bad brakes every time it shut off.

Great vacation spot, lots to do and very friendly. Had an electrical problem in one of the bathrooms that ruined my daughters expensive curling iron (not happy about this). Cold the front desk and they said they would look into it. (I want a new curling iron - we just bought it a couple months ago)

Great for a family

Overall nice accommodations for a 6 night stay for a family of 4. Check In was quick and the staff was nice. Unit was clean upon arrival. Kitchen had everything needed for prepping breakfast every morning and a couple of lunches and dinners. Main suggestion for improvement is a carpet upgrade. Came back to the unit after the first day on the slopes and there was a leak in the kitchen sink. Told the front desk on our way out to dinner and they fixed it while we were out. Location is the best part - short walk to the lifts and the bus stop to get to main st.

Mixed bag

The location is great, and its very quiet. However, there are 2 medium size negatives: 1. thermostat resets back to a cold 62 degrees every few hours. 2. The owners of the condos inside the bldg have key card access to MY ROOM (and probably all rooms). They barged into my room at 11pm not expecting me to be there. That's a big problem, hard to feel completely safe when somebody else can get into my room (other than housekeeping,etc..). Otherwise, its great and the location is awesome.

Overall good place

Very quiet and restful. Parking in the garage was free and awesome. Loved the fireplace. Bed wasn’t bad. Nice decor. One bathroom door didn’t work right and hubby almost got locked in cuz the handle was stripped. But there were two bathrooms in there (also awesome). WiFi was pretty bad. Check in was easy. Tv was pretty slow to react to remote. But spacious place! With two little patios! Hubby tripped over raised doorjam a lot haha. Easy check in at the kiosk since we got there after 4pm. Overall pretty nice place. A little worn around the edges but I liked it regardless.

We got there later in the evening and the first thing that we experienced was that the self check-in kiosk was broken. I had to call and wait for the individual to drive over from their home and give us our room keys. The next morning, we realized one of the toilets was broken. We called down and they had someone come fix it during the day. That evening, we all went to shower and realized that one shower, sink and the kitchen sink had no hot water. By then it was late at night, so we had to take turns using the other 2 showers. They never did get the hot water fixed while we were there. Minor things were bothersome....one of the blinds had broken parts, some of the shampoo/conditioner pumps were broken, and the couch/bed when pulled out was not working the best and had lots of dirt and dust. We really did like the property and loved the idea of our whole family staying together. We loved the idea of 3 bathrooms for 7 people, but ended up not being able to fully utilize one of the bathrooms, sadly. The apartment was fairly clean with nice beds and plenty of places to sit and visit. It was close to the ski slopes and main street. For the amount of money we paid, I would have expected it to be better maintained and that we wouldn't have experienced so many hiccups and inconveniences. They sent me a message through expedia asking me to rate my stay, so I messaged them privately my concerns and never heard anything back from them in any way, not even an apology.

We were supposed to stay at shadow ridge, we were upgraded to the lodge at mountain village as shadow ridge could not accommodate us. Same management company. We were put in 305 building B and it was a great experience. Locker room for skis in entryway. Cozy, sweet mountain loft. Up to date. Nice master suite. Loft has 4 twin beds with another bad that rolls out from for bottom. Loft sleeps 8, fold out couch. Beautiful kitchenette, two showers. Walk to the lifts. A few places to eat within walking distance. The only down fall is no key. Code codes 6-10 digits long. Hard to remember. I would stay here again
