The bedroom features a new memory foam mattress and the sofa sleeper is an upgraded memory foam mattress also with no springs in the bed. The bedroom has a half wall open to the living room below. Having two bathrooms is convenient for a party of 4. Relax on the balcony with a view of the halfpipe.

Walk a block and a half to catch a free Park City Bus that can take you to Main Street where you'll find restaurants and unique shops.

In the summer, this unit is a prime location for hiking and mountain biking trails. The condo complex also has a fitness room, tennis and pickleball courts, and bbq grills.

Watch for the deer, moose, ducks, and other wildlife that wander past the building daily. This is the perfect Park City location for wilderness and quiet yet proximity to everything.
