"The service was incredible by every member of the staff. We have never experienced this level of concierge service. Every morning the breakfast was 5 star and the overall atmosphere was great. However, I gave 4 stars due to The room being very small and the bed was very uncomfortable. Lying on either side was a deep slant. Of the 4 nights there, I didn’t sleep at all. For over price , I expect a good bed. I would stay here again but next time I will not accept a bed like the one we had. "

"The add stated there was a washer/dryer.. this is not in the unit-it was in the parking garage. It also stated hot tub which is one of the main reasons we booked here- only to find out the hot tub is seasonal! We were very disappointed in this. The floors had not been cleaned- I contacted the company and they offered to come right away and fix that but we declined bc we had already moved in. "
