Also less than 5 minutes from all the restaurants and gas station. Approximately 8 minutes from Blue Water Casino. Whether you're exploring the nearby river or desert trails or simply unwinding in the peaceful ambiance, this charming house is a great place to call home base while you're away. The Best Place In Parker!

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful remodeled home. It is the nicest place we have ever stayed. New kitchen and appliances, large new bathroom and new heating/AC units. Wish we had stayed longer. Check in was easy and Gary was the perfect host. We recommend this to everyone. You will enjoy it as much as we did. AAA..
