The room was clean and the staff were nice, and the price was good. However when I booked the room it said breakfast was included, but when we arrived we were told that as there were not many rooms filled, that no breakfast would be provided. We also could not get the TV to work.

This place was real beat up. They had mowed the lawn and trimmed the weeds but rather than pick up the garbage they just hit it with the whipper snippet so there’s just little bits of garbage all over the outside. Candy wrappers and chip bags and water bottle pieces all over. Oldest bed and furniture I’ve seen in some time. They were redoing the roof and the whole area smelled like torched shingles. The dude doing the work on the roof was wild, just lighting smoke after smoke and screaming at the manager to move the ladder or whatever. Def cracked out cash labour with no mind for cleanliness safety or quality of work. Could benefit from pride of ownership and general awareness of minimal standards for motels/accommodations in this price range.

Difficult to understand person at check in. English limited. Had to speak on pho e with her son to understand. Room was clean, basic furnishings, only a hardback chair to sit on in room. Good bed. Grassed area for pup to do her business. Can walk dog on city sidewalk. At door parking. Did not partake of breakfast. Economical choice for an overnight stay while passing through tge area.
