Welcome to our homes! Twice is Nice is the latest, brand new addition, with access off the alley, parking for three vehicles, partial fencing for privacy. We are right in the heart of Paso Robles on the desirable “West Side”. New construction with all the modern & convenient amenities, including hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, in-floor heating in the two bathrooms. The open floor plan is illuminated by multiple clerestory windows creating an open, light and bright atmosphere throughout the home. Paso Robles has so much to offer and we’re just blocks away from a wide variety of restaurants, wine-tasting rooms, concerts & festivals in the park. The Park Cinema screens current films; there are monthly events at the Mid State Fair & the Paso Robles Events Center. Many fine wine tasting rooms surround Paso Robles and are a beautiful, leisurely, short drive away. Just half an hour away by car you’ll find Lake Nacimiento & Lake San Antonio, as well as the beautiful coastal towns of Morro Bay, Avila, Cayucos & Cambria ~ the gateway to Big Sur. Keyed entry. City Permit #STR19-0189. ***We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, cream, and sugar for the pod coffee maker and an Italian drip coffee maker. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***

***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Came down for the weekend to check out Paso. Really enjoyed our stay at Twice as Nice! Very happy with the clean, updated and centrally located house. Great parking and very nice quite neighborhood! Will stay again if ever in the area.

It is very nicely furnished, and well stocked. we enjoyed hanging out on the patio, plenty of chairs and a nice picnic table for playing games or eating. The property is perfectly located for walking downtown to restaurants, tasting rooms and the park. Steve is a great host,very responsive and good with directions to the house. The home had restaurant recommendations, winery information,and a flyer for Sensorio, and we utilized all of it. Next trip to Paso we will definitely stay at this or ant of his properties!

Great place in Paso Robles

This place is great! The 2 bedrooms are both "master" rooms making it perfect for 2 couples to share. The furnishings and kitchenware were all top notch. Very new renovations. Light, bright and airy feel. It is convenient to downtown Paso. Also has off-the-street parking. The host was great and made sure we had everything we needed on our arrival. Thanks for that! We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Mid State Weekend

This property was just what we needed for a fun weekend getaway. Walking distance to downtown and the fair. House was clean, well-stocked, including coffee & creamer. Beautiful sitting area/patio. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Steve was helpful and available when we couldn’t connect to you tube. Thank you!

A great stay in a great location!

We loved staying at this property! It was super clean, upgraded and well-kept. The location was fantastic and we loved walking to downtown so easily. Steve is a great host, made everything so easy and is SO nice. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are no blackout shades in the bedrooms and the upper windows don’t have shades or blinds at all. We traveled with a baby so did bring our own travel blackout shades based on the other reviews but light definitely still got in. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Super clean, has everything and walking distance to town! Awesome!

This was the perfect place for us (2 couples). After going out to various wineries during the day, having a nice, clean, quiet place to come back to, was perfect. It was so nice to be able to walk into town for coffee in the morning and drinks and dinner at night. Awesome location for sure! The only con which wasn’t a huge deal, was even though we gave our ETA 8 hours out from our arrival, it wasn’t clean how we were going to be let into the house upon our arrival. The pdf the rental company sent us, had little to no information on it about checking in and once we arrived after being on the road for 8 hours and everyone needed to use the restroom, we found ourselves making phone calls and sending text trying to figure out how to get into the house. Oh yeah, one other thing that was a little bit of a pain was the fans in both bedrooms are using the same frequency even though there are two remotes. It became obvious to us, that the fans were installed but they were never set up with different dip switches so they would operate separately from each other. All in all, it was a great stay and we definitely recommend this place for all the great reasons I mentioned above. Have fun and enjoy Paso Robles and the wine 🍷 of course 😉 J&J
