"We've stayed here on multiple occasions with our dog. It's very clean, with friendly staff, and a great location for a 1 night stopoff driving through France. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they don't have signs in front of the electric charging points asking people to move their cars after they've been charged. I know the staff can't do much, but the same cars were parked in the 2 bays for more than 12 hours straight, which meant we had to leave earlier than planned to charge in another...

"A chance encounter to break up a long journey back from Meribel to the UK. We were very pleased with every aspect of the stay. The place is beautifully decorated and ultra clean. We had some home cooked Chinese food which went down well with all the family, even accommodating gluten allergy. Next time we are passing we would definitely stay again."

"Great check-in, lovely staff and clean tidy rooms. BUT. A major issue. I took my things to the car just before breakfast and got locked out. There was no mention of the doors being inaccessible out of hours made at check-in. And no warning on the door itself (I'd assumed there would be a card reader or access for residents)"

"We liked the hotel, the room and pool area. We didn’t find the staff welcoming or friendly. The check in person was okay, but not real friendly. The hostess or manager in the restaurant was horribly rude. We never went back to the restaurant due to her. The pool is difficult to access because an elevator is broken so you need to go through a dark remote stair case, or walk through the restaurant. The hostess/manager person did not like people going through the restaurant, but it wasn’t the...

"Nice and clean"

"Good location for Prenois race circuit. Man at desk gave us a ground floor room with no air con on a hot day. Why??? Had to change rooms. Very unhappy. Otherwise the hotel is ok. Unmemorable! Lots of people in the bar. Satisfactory breakfast with horrible coffee machine that did not work. Ask customers as they check in if they would like air con or not. "
