Welcome to the newly renovated “Die drei Flüsse” vacation apartments in Passau, the city of three rivers! The property boasts a perfect location, right in the heart of Passau. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the city center with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, and much more. The Inn River, with its large promenade and many small cafés and places to stop for a bite to eat, is just around the corner and invites you to take a stroll and linger. You can arrive by public transportation (bus station 300 meters away, main train station 750 meters away) or by car. One duplex underground parking space per apartment is reserved for our guests directly in the building. You can reserve this in advance for 10 EUR per night. After booking, you’ll receive an email with all the important details. From the underground parking garage, you can conveniently take the elevator to your apartment’s floor. Important information regarding the use of the underground garage/Vertiflex parking system: maximum vehicle dimensions are 5 m x 1.9 m x 1.5 m (length, width, height). Vehicles taller than 1.50 m, as well as lowered vehicles with front spoilers, may only be parked at your own risk. The load capacity per parking space in the Vertiflex system is 2,000 kg.
