Liked: Amenities
It is a little ways out from Passau but it is walkable to town. The rooms were clean and spacious and there were a bunch of great amenities in the area. Athroom was great. Parking is a little tight but there is a public parking lot across the street. The edeka besides the hotel was great for getting drinks and snacks for our stay.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service
Very noisy. If you like to wake at 6:00 AM every day (including Weekends) it’s the perfect place for you. Very bad insulation, you can hear everything, people talking and laughing, doors slamming, chairs moving. Part of the building is dedicated to clinic, this could be the reason why. Breakfast buffet looks good with variety but not always quality. Otherwise location is good, city center accessible at 15 min, if the hotel parking is full, another public parking is available just next to it.

The only issue was noise from neighbors (a stagette party) which is out of your control. Sleep becomes important when we are older .
