Amazing new hotel
"It was amazing for us. We needed a night stay in Passau and this place ticked all our boxes. Brand new hotel opened last year in the summer. Convenient location, clean, air conditioned room, spacious bathroom and underground free parking. And the cheapest in the area..."

"Its a great place to stay in Passau. I just have two remarks. 1. Checkin is at 15 hr and the reception is only staffed until 15:30. I think the gap is too short although the hotel provided information in advance about self checkin. We arrived before 15 hrs so it was possible to checkin in person ..."

Great little spot to spend a day or two. The river cruises pass through. We had excellent meals at every place we went. The park was a lot of fun and spacious with a zip line on the water with shade trees. Nice places to walk around. Enjoyed it alot
